مناسب جدا للعوائل فندق محترم
موظفو الاستقبال كانوا ودودين ومتعاونين طوال فترة الإقامة، وأي طلب يتم التعامل معه بسرعة وابتسامة.
كما أن موقع الفندق ممتاز وقريب من كل شيء، مما جعل التنقل مريحًا جدًا

Property was very nice
No pool
It was my first time back in Bangkok after many years, travelling all the way from the UK, so I had high expectations when it came to cleanliness, customer service, and overall comfort. I’m happy to say this hotel exceeded them all.
Every member of staff was incredibly helpful, polite, and professional—from the security guards and housekeeping team to the breakfast staff. Their hospitality really made my stay memorable.
The cleanliness was excellent, and the hotel facilities were well maintained and met a high standard. The location is fantastic too, with CentralWorld, Big C, and a 7-Eleven all within walking distance. There’s even a massage shop right underneath the hotel, which was very convenient after a day of exploring.
I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Bangkok!

The room was always cleaned when I went down for breakfast. Bed was turned down at night. Both nice touches.
The selection at breakfast is vast! Something for everyone.
I accidentally left a significant amount of money in the safe in our room. The hotel arranged for one of their wonderful staff members to meet us at the airport before our flight back to Australia so they could return it to me.
Nothing was too much trouble, and it was all handled with such kindness, honesty and efficiency. I was so appreciative of their efforts.
The service we received was truly exceptional, and I couldn't recommend this hotel and its staff more highly.
