Average stay, not bad but not great either
Pros:

Nice room, lovely view from the window, room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

The toilet didn’t flush and the television signal was so poor it was impossible to actually watch anything

Aircon was broke in the room we first went in, went down to reception and was quickly rectified with a room change! Just perfect with the weather temps, overall a lovely stay :)

Pros:

I actually live in Leeds but my room in Burley Park it's on the roof and gets extremely hot so I quickly booked the room with Leonardo. Very clean room which was cool itself with extra air-conditioning. Such a blessing when was 33°C with my fainting episodes. I was worried it might be loud because of Friday but it was nice, quiet night. Thank you it was lovely escape from my "boiler room" 🙂

Very basic, get what you pay for.
Pros:

Location was fine, about 20 minutes walk from where I needed to be

Cons:

The rooms were very dated, uncomfortable beds, the bathroom was barely clean with broken bin and mould in the shower. Towels were harsh. Work going on outside from 8am which no one mentioned.

Not upto usual Leonardo standard.
Pros:

Comfy beds and close to everything.

Cons:

Ridiculously long queues to check in they had two staff on the desk and one was a trainee who was unsupervised and had no idea what she was doing. I would have cancelled and gone elsewhere if I hadn’t of already paid. Staff also just stood around talking in large groups ignoring customers. I use the leonardo all over the country but I think this one is the worst. Incredibly annoyed it cost me so much for one night when I had to deal with that nonsense.
Also a loud drilling noise from 9am above our room which was infuriating.
