Pros:

Väldigt trevlig och flexibel personal. Bra läge i lugnare del av Neum. Bra med garage under hotellet, bokas i förväg, €10 per dygn. Helt okej frukost, dock lite dålig variation

Cons:

Till Neum åker man för att bada, en torkställning på balkongen hade varit kanon! Några fler solstolar på takterassen vid poolen hade också behövts.
Solstolar på "stranden" (som i hela Neum är en betongbrygga) kostade €6 per person och dag. Dessa testade vi aldrig.

Een goed hotel maar je betaald te veel voor wat je krijgt.

Het zwembad was heel leuk, het uitzicht was super

Cons:

We hadden een vieze natte plek op de vloer. Het is behoorlijk wat trappen doen elke keer als je moet gaan eten. Alles is extra betalen ( babybedje, ontbijt, aan de zee liggen) dus het komt heel duur uit. Restaurant ook dubbel zo duur als de andere in de omgeving.

Preskupo iskustvo bez pokrića-nužda zakon mijenja!
Pros:

Pohvalan je odnos djevojaka na recepciji, odmjerene, susretljive, kulturne. Cistoca je za pohvaliti, udobnost kreveta 9/10. Bazen i mobilijar na bazenu koji je ukljucen u cijenu su za pohvaliti.

Cons:

Ogromna buka od strane gostiju, bez ikakvog kucnog reda djecja galama, lupanje vratima, trcanje po hodnicima od 6h ujutro do ponoci neprestano. Jedini pogled je na unutrasnje dvoriste koje je opasano stijenama i zidovima bez mogucnosti da se doslovice vidi nebo.
Mali prozorcic iz sobe koji gleda na 20m visok zid od prozora udaljen 40cm. Friziderčić koji nam je zaledio potpuno svu hranu i svo pice, ukljucujuci i lubenicu koja se potpuno zaledila da smo ju bacili. Naplata parking mjesta koji je neobiljezeno, stali smo na cesti uz zid hotela i to zadovoljstvo smo po danu placali 10KM!

Schönes Hotel
Pros:

Eines der schönsten Hotels bei unserer Bosnien Tour. Ausstattung, Personal und die Lage sind einfach perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Frühstück ist zu empfehlen. Tiefgarage top und das Pool am Dach mit schöner Aussicht überzeugt. Ein großes Lob an der Person das immer freundlich und hilfsbereit ist

Szuper 3 éjszaka – csodás kilátás és kényelem!

Három éjszakát töltöttünk a Hotel Nova új épületében, és maximálisan elégedettek voltunk. A szálloda rendkívül szép, tiszta és rendezett. Már a megérkezéskor nagyon szívélyes fogadtatásban volt részünk, a bejelentkezés zökkenőmentesen zajlott.
A szobák tiszták és ízlésesen berendezettek, a tengerre néző kilátás pedig egyszerűen lenyűgöző volt. Hatalmas pozitívum, hogy a szállodában van lift, így az idősebb korosztály számára is könnyen megközelíthetők a szobák, valamint a tetőtéri medence.A tetőterasz a pálmafákkal és a kellemes hőmérsékletű medencével, ahonnan mesés panoráma nyílik egész Neumra. Nagyon élveztük az ott töltött időt! A környék is kiváló: a pékség, a strand és a különféle éttermek is sétatávolságra, nagyon közel vannak. A strand ugyan nagyobb kavicsos, de ez semmit nem vont le az élményből, remekül éreztük magunkat. Szívesen ajánljuk a helyet!

Cons:

Minden rendben volt. Megjegyzés, hogy a mélygarázsban nagyon szűkek a parkolók, de legalább védett helyen volt az autó.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So einen hilfsbereiten, freundlichen und kundenorientierten Service erlebt man wirklich selten. Der Herr an der Rezeption war extrem höflich, professionell und hat meinen Aufenthalt direkt noch viel angenehmer gemacht. Dafür möchte ich mich herzlich bedanken.

Das Hotel selbst ist ebenfalls sehr schön, sauber und die Lage ist traumhaft. Aber besonders der ausgezeichnete Service und die Gastfreundschaft bleiben mir in Erinnerung.

Ich komme sehr gerne wieder und kann dieses Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen!
