Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt mit außergewöhnlich herzlichen Gastgebern
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Uncastillo. Der Ort ist sehr schön, die Menschen sind unglaublich freundlich und authentisch, man wird überall gegrüßt. Die Unterkunft liegt mitten im Ort direkt neben der Kirche, die Burg sowie Bars und Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge in die Bardenas Reales (Zufahrt über Nebeneingang) und Pozo Pigalo.
Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Dany hat unseren Kids spontan Sandwiches gemacht (auch glutenfrei), als sie nach der langen Anreise ziemlich durch waren. Wir haben viele tolle Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung bekommen, inklusive Wegbeschreibung und Google Maps Links, was absolut hilfreich war (nach Waldbränden wurden Straßen als gesperrt erkannt, die befahrbar waren). Selbst bei Problemen mit unserer DHL-Express-Sendung (Brille daheim vergessen) haben sie uns unterstützt und sich um den Rückversand gekümmert.
Das Frühstück war super. Die Zöliakie unserer Tochter war kein Problem, für sie gab es glutenfreies Brot und süße Leckereien. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt, auch wenn unsere Kinder mal nicht super leise waren 😊
Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft! 😊

Cons:

Wir hatten uns auf das Abendessen in der Unterkunft gefreut. Dies wird aber (im August) nicht (mehr) angeboten. Die Gastgeber btereiben aber eine Bar in der Nähe, wo es lecker schmeckt.

Anfitriones encantadores, pueblo muy tranquilo
Pros:

Los anfitriones de La Posada son muy hospitalarios. Nos sentimos muy cómodos desde la llegada y fueron muy atentos durante los 2 días que nos alojamos. Tienen el alojamiento muy bien decorado y acogedor.

Cons:

Lo único a tener en cuenta es que el pueblo tiene pocas opciones a menos de 30km. Es ideal para desconectar pero hay que tenerlo en cuenta.

Pros:

Fijne eigenaren, en heel goed ontbijt.

Cons:

TV werkte niet, te zwak signaal. En geen restaurant in de posada. (Wel bar dichtbij, hun eigendom, best goed gegeten). Wat donkere kamer.

La posada es una antigua casona en mitad del pueblo, preciosa.. Las habitaciones son cómodas y el baño está más que pulcro. El desayuno con una gran oferta y todo de gran calidad, desde el pan a los fiambres, y el yogur, la fruta, y los dulces locales El dueño, que también es dueño del bar Forjo (estupendo para cenar algo ligero), es encantador.

Cons:

Las camas, para mi gusto, son durísimas, y las almohadas (a pesar del "buffet"), reguleras. La dueña no es tan agradable como el dueño.
