My first choice hotel in Ranau.
Pros:

I am a regular visitor to this hotel (2 or 3 times per year). Very convenient for local restaurants & shops. Convenient parking. Good value for money.

Cons:

Waste pipe from the sink in the bathroom leaks. It is an easy fix which need doing to stop water dripping on your feet when using the sink.

Perfect spot in Ranau
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay. Location is perfect, quiet spot close to wonderful restaurants. Receptionist lady is very friendly and kind. Our room was comfortable, clean and well thought out. Good price too. Highly recommend

Cons:

Shared bathroom worked okay but floor flooded from the shower making it tricky walking across wet floor to toilet.

Excellent value for money. Very convenient location. Friendly staff.
Pros:

Stayed here several times before. It's my first choice when staying in Ranau. Very convenient for trips to both Kinabalu Park HQ and to Poring Springs. As usual I was able to park my rental car directly outside the hotel.

Pleasant stay. Already planning to book again for a night when I pass through Ranau next week.
Pros:

Have stayed here several times before. Very convenient location for Kinabalu Park HQ and Poring Springs - I decide which to go to depending on the weather. Very convenient for eating in Ranau. Ranau has a great selection of places to eat. Comfy bed. Good value for money - you're not paying a lot so don't expect a big room.

Cons:

There isn't a wardrobe (not a problem for me, but I guess some might find this an issue) - the room is too small to take a wardrobe. There is a bit of a smell from the drain in the bathroom - but this is Malaysia, plumbing is not their greatest skill.
