Horrible hotel staff and rooms

Cons:

The picture in booking.com doesnt match with real hotel. The room had cockroach, the bedsheets was dirty and has cigarette burn holes. Suddenly someone knocked our room asked for phone number which can receive OTP (was very wired). Ended up checkout the hotel within 1 hours.

The hotel was not good at all. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the corridors, which made the environment very unpleasant. The electrical switches were exposed, which raised serious safety concerns.
The room was not clean, the bed was not in proper condition also the spring kept pricking which made it uncomfortable, and even the bathroom was not properly maintained. The listing mentioned that free parking was available, but when we arrived, there was no parking. When we asked the staff, they said they only meant open parking that too it was the main road and had never mentioned that covered parking was available, which was misleading.The staff was very rude and he told we could cancel if we want as he knew even if we would cancel we wouldn't get refund.
To make matters worse, there was a constant noise throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep.Also there was no water bottle kept or given when asked they told they could fill water and give to a used bottle.
Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The cleanliness, maintenance, and service were all disappointing, and I would not recommend staying here.Only because there was no option left and it was late and also due to heavy traffic we stayed otherwise we would book some other hotel irrespective of money.

Very Much disapponited !
Cons:

This property has a very low profile compared to the high charges they are demanding. The facilities do not justify the price at all. The mattresses are very old and partially damaged, making the stay uncomfortable.

They advertised a continental breakfast; however, only basic options like dosa or idli were offered, and even these were available only after 9:00 AM.

Overall, I am very disappointed with the experience.

Got early check-in without much hassle. Value for money stay, very satisfied. Room service was timely and polite. The room was just as shown in the pictures. We did not face any issues during our stay. Local commute was super easy from the hotel.
