Secure and Comfortbale Apartment
Pros:

Comfortable and secure apartment full of amenities. Location was great- restaurants and main sights are walkable and it is also handy for public transport.

Communication with the host was friendly and quick and check in was very easy. Would happily stay here again

Es war ruhig und sauber. Die Küche und das Bad waren gut ausgestattet. Roberta war sehr freundlich, ich wurde sehr nett empfangen. Die anderen Mitbewohner sind sehr freundlich und rücksichtsvoll miteinander umgegangen.

Es war schön in Sevilla. Alles hat gut geklappt. Topp Frühstücks- und Tapas-Tipp von Robertaq900.
Morgens ziemlich voll...man kam kaum unter die Dusche. Eine Dusche für um die 7 Pers.

Cons:

Siehe oben. Duschsituation. Türen lassen sich nicht vollverriegeln (Falttüren).

Pros:

Me gustó mucho el silencio en el lugar, los residentes tienen el cuidado de dejar todo en orden y limpio. Las personas que estaban allí sonreían y saludaban muy amablemente, cada quien metido en lo suyo.

Cons:

Que la inducción para entender la dinámica del hostal fuera en persona, no vía telefónica.

De eigenaresse Roberta was erg aardig en behulpzaam. En leuke gesprekken over 🐈 katten 🐱
Erg schoon en fantastische faciliteiten , m.n.de keuken

Cons:

Ik ben 1,76 meter maar nog hingen mijn voeten uit het bed- dus echt te klein
Veel herrie van lagere schoolkinderen- zelfs met raam dicht
Kan benauwd zijn- en ja Roberta, er zijn WEL muggen :als je raam open doet maken ze daar dankbaar gebruik van.
Dekbed is veel te dik en warm- Roberta was wel behulpzaam en verruilde dat voor lakens

Great, very recommended
Pros:

The flat is very nice and cozy, equipped with everything you need and it was possible to use everything from the kitchen, toilet.
My room had a small colorful balcony which gave a plus to my staying!
Roberta, great host, responsive, ready to help with my requests, she gave me many tips for places to visit, bars, restaurants.
I also liked that the guest house is very close to a nice area full of bars and taperias.

Other pros: free coffee and tea, different bording games if you want to hang out with other people!

Pros:

Thanks a lot to Roberta, a very cheerful, professional, and helpful woman.
The location is great close to the bus station and a bicycle station if you prefer cycling.
I highly recommend staying at her residence, especially in the double bed room.
