One to bookmark for a return visit.
Pros:

The space was bigger than expected. The appliances were first class and instructions easy to follow. We were a bit unsure of only having one room for the 3 three of us but the space was organised really well. Loved the drying option for clothes in the bathroom, very useful. Location was great, quiet but only a short walk away from the Tokyo Dome, shops and attractions.

Cons:

We were a bit confused of where to find the device to complete our booking in on arrival. Once we found it it was very easy.

It was very clean and spacious. And the neighbourhood is very quiet area so i enjoyed a lot staying there. One thing, it took 15mins from the nearest station so if you have heavy bags, use taxi instead. At first, i couldn’t find the touch pad to check in, so please let there some sin to find that well thank you

Pros:

The property is awesome. It’s modern, spacious and beautifully designed. We were provided with plenty of towels and even some snacks, teas etc. It was especially handy having a washer/dryer as well. We were provided with a couple laundry sticks, pyjamas, toothbrushes, shavers, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. So good! A big thank you to the staff! They aren’t on site but they were very responsive through messaging on here (booking.com app). Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Lana hotel 🤩

Cons:

Not that I didn’t like but things to consider are, there are steep stairs leading up to the apartment. It’s also about a 12 minute walk to the nearest stations. We could hear our neighbours at times but nothing excessive.

Pros:

Good location, on arrival very clean, great facilities (washer drier, nice beds, big tv etc), spacious.

Cons:

Thin walls, and half way through our stay loud neighbours stayed who were up throughout the night.

Awesome place to stay.
Pros:

It was a very modern and up to date room like it was brand new! Very spacious, bathroom was nice and the washer could wash and dry which was super cool! You could dry clothes in the shower too if you wanted and we got to use pajamas that they had prepared for us! It was quiet like I didn't hear anyone around us even if it was packed with people. I just heard the occasional thumps or chairs scraping, but never any real loud noise or talking.

The people in charge of Lana Tokyo are very nice and accommodating and get back to you pretty well if you message them.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was that I thought when I was booking the place that I got the upstairs and downstairs bedroom. I thought that was what I booked for, but I didn't want to complain because it still fit us all and it was a very nice space. Very convenient location to 2 good stations, although they were a bit of a walk (9-12 min).

Another thing was the location was hard for cars to get in because the roads are very tight. They do mention that in our messages, but getting a taxi/uber there would be really hard. Not a easy place to pick up or drop off that's for sure.
