No porter or staff to greet on arrival and help with luggage. Ramp was undetectable as it was behind a doorway. Swimming pool was old and needed repair as the same standard as the hotel
The room was clean and spacious. I was there for a while so it was nice to have some space to live in. I was on the pool level whihc was an added bonus so I could just step outside my room and go for a dip.
The communal areas where pretty rough with people coming and going all hours. the smoking area must've been close becasue it smelt like ciggies in hte foyer. The rooms themselves were great.

Great location, 11th floor great view, newly refurbished room, great balcony, third stay here.
Front desk staff not great! Always try to give us a different room to what we agreed on, last visit had room number pre booked months in advance, even had it in writing from them but the night before we arrived when we couldn't cancel they changed our booking.
Perfect location for everything.
Had minor issues with plumbing pipes vibrating. Street noise.
