If you want a basic room but good location this is your hotel

Cons:

Beds are very hard and rooms are very basic for what you pay you are def paying for location not the room def a high end price for a room in the city for how basic it there is lots more around the city that has more value for money for lux wise

There was someone’s hair on the bathroom floor that wasn’t cleaned up and in the bath hotel staff didn’t even ask how our stay was when checking out she just took the key

location was great - so convenient to reach everywhere.
room was quite old, pillows were not comfy but view was great.

Cons:

pillows/bed comfort. We couldnt get tv working and the parking was expensive and confusing once booked.

Good location
Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

Parking, you need to prebook parking with registration of the car but I hadn’t picked up the car so missed out on a car park, had to park on the street.
Also the room I had, had a huge air vent outside the room so was noisy.

Great location and comfy stay but unhelpful staff
Pros:

Bed was really comfortable. Room was a great size. Bathroom shower was great. Location was perfect for GBR trips

Cons:

Staff were unhelpful about parking. Different staff members gave different information about the parking and some just didn’t want to help.
The hotel was very damp and there was mould on the furniture in my room. For quite an expensive hotel I was disappointed.

excellent location with great facilities
Pros:

we had an 11th floor room which offered fantastic facilities and views

Cons:

a laundry on this level would have been great as other facilities were often being used. None of the rooms offered a breakfast included option. Also breakfast started later than most.

フェリー乗り場やスーパーに近いナイスロケーション
Pros:

翌日にフェリーに乗る予定だったのでフェリーターミナル最寄りのロケーションは大変便利。大型スーパーのwoolworthやOKギフトショップも近く、買い出しにも便利だった。海沿いの朝の散歩もとても気持ち良かった。エントランス前に階段があったが、横にスロープがあったので重いスーツケースでもスムーズに建物に入ることが出来た。建物や建具は古びていたが清掃はきちんとされていた。バスタブがあった。

Cons:

部屋のアメニティ類は最小限。ポッド式のコーヒーマシンが部屋にあったが調子が悪く使えなかった（が、電気ケトルとインスタントコーヒーもあったのでコーヒーを飲むことは出来た）。

Would stay again
Pros:

Location was great. So many places to eat and drink within a couple of minutes walk. Opposite the ferry terminal and esplanade. Room was well appointed and great for the nights we were there. Had views of the ocean from our balcony.
