Beautiful views, spacious room
Location and the view
Very out dated, the shower head was shit and weak, it was half broken too!
The room itself is not worth what we paid for it $800+
The room was a good size and had a balcony.
It was a very noisy part of the city and it was quite dated especially the bathroom. The taps in the shower made a very loud noise and the guest next door kept smoking even though we reported it and the hotel staff had requested they stop.
Buffet breakfast was $25 for adults $15 for kids and was delicious.
Hotel was fine. Location is good.

Room locate with no beach view expected to stay in the room advertised in photo but got a room with no beachfront veiw looking at a casino was not happy i asked staff if i can change rooms they said there was no other room available

I liked the room and how spacious it was.i also liked how close it was to the esplanade. The staff were very nice and helpful. Will always come back to this hotel.
The location was excellent. The suites were very new and spacious. Love the bathroom!
May be the guest lounge and the general bathrooms can be modernised a bit, but that doesn’t have much of an impact on the overall evaluation.

The room is super big and bed is cozy. It is clean, quite and has an amazing view
Position.
Toilet pipes in bathroom making a high pitch noise after toilet use and toilet starting running late in night and got worse over the night. This noise echoed into room and got very little sleep. To pay up to $300 for a room overnight and not get a good sleep is ridiculous. Was reported cut only got an apology. 24hr it was unattended.
Location near Reef terminal suited our plans. Close to restaurants and Esplanade.
