Cleanliness was on point.

Cons:

The door didn’t lock from inside and it’s a big safety concern. And there is no elevator in the building and I was assigned 3rd floor which I wasn’t happy about. There is no communication system with the concierge, for every concern I had to climb up and down to speak to the receptionist.

Pros:

Overall are great to stay in Lift Hotel. Closeby to the Old Port and Old Montreal are the bonus. Coffee shop and restaurant are near and other are bit further away. Hotel are very nice place to stay. Staff are friendly, kindness and very helpfull.

Cons:

Room are bit small. But are very beautiful modern creative inside building.

La proximité avec le vieux mtl, les resto. Lit très confortable et salle de bain parfaite

Cons:

Très petite chambre, j'y retournerais mais je ne choisirais pas une chambre au coin. Pas de verre donc a prévoir et j'essaierais d'avoir une chambre pas au 3e

Pros:

j ai aimé l accueil, personnel trés agréable, polie et dipsonible, la décoration des chambres et très belle salle de bain, la propreté.

Cons:

chambre petite heureusement les fenetres donnent un effet d espace, il fait chaud dans la salle de bain et le toillette etait instable, il bougeait, manque des petites lumieres pour lire et ainsi eviter d ouvrir la grande lumiere, la douche ne se fixait pas donc l eau allée vers le mur au lieu du centre de la douche. manque des distributeurs d eau ou snack car il n y a pas de frigo.et iptv serait cool surtout pendant la coupe du monde de soocer.

The hotel was convenient for the old town area, spotlessly clean and friendly staff, The cafe opposite was great.

Cons:

The hotel was in the middle of a major renovation - it would have been good to know that beforehand. The room was quite small and there were no tea/coffee facilities.
