Superbe appartement
Pros:

Grand appartement tout équipé avec barbecue sur la terrasse, machine à laver et sèche linge, superbe cuisine bien fournie en vaisselle et ustensiles. Piscine agréable.

Cons:

Légèrement excentré du centre de Moab, mais pas problématique pour nous. Clim bruyante et difficile à régler.

Great place to stay!
Pros:

Great to have a 3-bedroom apartment at the end of our National Parks stay. The pool is just outside of this unit which was wonderful. We were there in May so the pool was never crowded and super refreshing. The unit had everything that we needed in the kitchen. Laundry in the unit was great! Great location outside of Moab. About an 8 minute drive into Moab. We were fine staying outside of the busy city.

Pros:

A spacious, well-designed, and fully equipped apartment. Easy self-check-in and check-out. We stay 3 nights.

Cons:

The master bedroom has a window facing the main road, where trucks pass by in the early morning. We turned on the heater in the kitchen, and its monotonous hum helped drown out the noise of the traffic outside.

Un peu déçu par le service
Pros:

Equipement en vaisselle pratique pour faire la cuisine. Prix correct par rapport à la moyenne locale.

Cons:

L'équipement en couchages n'était pas conforme à l'annonce. Il manquait un canapé convertible et un lit d'appoint. Quelques meubles cassés. Pas assez de chaises intérieures, remplacées par des chaises de jardin.

It was fine for our base to explore the area, but not as roomy as we had believed we had booked.
Pros:

The pool and hot tub were great. The parking was easy and convenient. The responsiveness when we raised the issue of no gas to use the barbecue, and the bathroom door handle coming off, was prompt and resolved the issues. The screen door to the patio didn't work, but we had good communication that they had to order a new one and they couldn't fix it while we were there.

Cons:

It was farther away from shops and restaurants, and smaller and less comfortable, than we were expecting.

Overall, we would probably stay again, but we would make sure that we would follow up if there were issues with cleanlin

Overall, the condo was pretty nice. The kitchen was good, beds were good, general living spaces were good. We really enjoyed the pool.

Cons:

The floors were dirty, and there was no hand soap, and we asked for our tub to be cleaned out because it was draining so, so slowly that we had to wait for a little while in between showers and baths. That was never cleared out though, and we never received the hand soap they said they were going to bring by.
