Pros:

I had a very comfortable stay for 2 night in Haridwar. Very good facilities. The hotel is relatively new and it shows. Good options for breakfast and dinner. I will definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The property is close to the toll. If you are going to Haridwar sites and returning then you will need to enter and the exit the toll which is silly as it costs double toll fee. That is the downside in my opinion when it comes to location.

Such a nice hotel - value for money - absolutely recommendable
Pros:

Fast check-in, very clean and very nice rooms. Staff are really doing good - breakfast is very, very good

Cons:

Locations outside the city, but not a big issue at all.
