Pros:

Muy amplio y la muchacha que nos atendió muy agradable. Las indicaciones que nos dió para acceder estaban muy bien indicadas

Cons:

Estaba en una calle de fiesta y no podíamos acceder con el coche a partir de las 19:00

Das appartement ist in einem desolaten Zustand, der wasserablauf hat nur in der Küche wirklich funktioniert. Die Ablauf in der Dusche musste ich erst entstopfen, danach ging es einigermaßen. Das Waschbecken im Bad war total zu, nicht zu gebrauchen. Der Wasserkessel war defekt, das Wasser lief unten raus, die Elektrk hat nicht funktioniert, Gott sei Dank. Die Steckdose hinter dem Bett ist auch sehr bedenklich. Die Sauberkeit generell wie Geschirr, Besteck etc. Ekelhaft. Und dann der Krawall die ganze nacht durch, immer wieder bis früh am morgen, und das jeden Tag ! Die Betreiber scheint das nicht zu stören....ach ja, die Türschlösser sind verlottert....
Also ich würde den Laden schließen und erst mal von Grund aus sanieren ! SORRY für das Feedback, aber das war die absolut schlechteste Unterkunft die ich in 40 Jahren auf meinen Reisen hatte

Zeer comfortabel kamer. Wij hadden de Deluxe appartement geboekt. De locatie was goed bij de New Town. Best centraal met veel bars en restaurants. Een paar minuten lopen van het strand.

La propreté des lieux, le personnel accueillant, la facilité pour accéder à l'appartement. Dans l'appartement tout était fonctionnel et spacieux

L'emplacement. L'hôtel est dans une rue très très animée et malgré les interdictions de fêtes à l'intérieur, beaucoup ne le respectent pas. Les portes laissent passer absolument tous les bruits. Dommage que la piscine ne soit pas plus entretenue. Il manque une douche et le pédiluve n'était pas rempli.

Extremely disappointing stay with serious cleanliness and maintenance issues.
Pros:

The reception staff were polite and we were moved to another room after we reported concerns with our original room. The apartment itself was a reasonable size.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Our first room had exposed electrical sockets, loose wiring, missing extractor fan covers, dirty walls and cupboards containing empty bottles. We were moved to a second room, but this also had numerous issues including a blocked shower that flooded the bathroom, a broken security door chain, unstable furniture, dirty bedding and towels, exposed TV wiring, and an ant infestation. The building and surrounding grounds appeared poorly maintained with rubbish and overgrown weeds. We reported the issues during our stay via the property’s out-of-hours service and directly to reception. Despite these reports, many of the issues remained unresolved. We woke up with an infestation of ants in one of the rooms. I also raised a formal complaint, checked out and refunded.

Un fraude. Suciedad tanto en los apartamentos como las instalaciones. Abandono total . Hicimos reclamación tanto al apartamento como a Booking y respuesta cero. Me siento estafada por las dos partes.

Sem descansar
Cons:

Muito barulho durante a noite, com vários hóspedes que chegavam da noite.
As janelas que dão para a excelente varanda, não têm estores nem portadas, o q faz com que desde as 6 da manhã todo o quarto estivesse iluminado, fazendo com que eu ficasse acordado a essa hora.
Ou seja, depois de uma noite com muito barulho, a manhã também não me deixou descansar como precisava.
