La urbanización está muy mal cuidada, aunque el hotel por dentro es aceptable. A partir de las 19:00h no puedes meter en coche en el parking del hotel porque la policía corta la calle porque esta situado junto a la calle principal de discotecas, así que o estás en el apartamento antes de esa hora o no podrás mover el coche para visitar Portugal. Adolescentes que van por los pasillos gritando. No es hotel para descansar e ir tranquilos a visitar el país. Ruidos toda la noche todos los días, y un día a las 09:00h se ponen a limpiar la habitación de al lado con una aspiradora… Nuestra terraza no era como las fotos, tenía dos sillas blancas muy incómodas y otra silla sin respaldar que hacía de “mesa”. No funcionaba el wifi en la habitación (3ª planta).
El gel de ducha que ponen es mezclado con agua…(el champú no sé porque llevé el mío), lo veo un poco tacaño escatimar en la higiene personal cuando los apartamentos en sí no son baratos.
Desde primera hora de la mañana el sol ilumina toda la habitación, porque ni el estor ni la cortina del balcón son opacas, tuvimos que poner una toalla aunque sea en el estor para descansar un poco más…

A pool with a missing diving board and rusted bar area.
Very basic facilities in the room and things that just didn’t quite work e.g. the bathroom door locked itself from the inside, broken plug sockets/light switches, shower head that didn’t fit the holder, cutlery and glasses etc had to be stored in the dishwasher, missing lamp shades and just generally tired.

No me gustó la ubicación dentro de un complejo que parece abandonado. Está justo detrás de una calle donde están todas las discotecas y de noche hay mucho ruido hasta altas horas.
Internet no funcionaba bien en la habitación.

The room was damp and had a strong, unpleasant smell caused by moisture, which made the overnight stay very uncomfortable. The old bed creaked with every small movement, and the area around the pool was dirty. It also didn’t feel suitable for families, as many men were constantly hanging around the pool, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere.

They expect you to check out before 10:00, and even suggested being out by 09:00, which felt unreasonable. On top of that, my car was damaged by people lingering around the property. I do not recommend staying here
