I will recommend it and consider to stay again
Pros:

Near the sea, delicious breakfast and clean swimming pool

Pros:

Все было отлично. И персонал и сама хозяйка приветливые и доброжелательные. В стоимость проживания включен и завтрак. Есть собственная парковка, что очень удобно, т.к. найти парковочное место на улице та еще задача. Из доп. плюсов - возможность проживания с животными. Двор с бассейном и водопадом очень красиво оформлен. В комнатах установлены кондиционеры, холодильник и, на телевизор, хотя мы им не пользовались, но есть и любители. И ко всему этому достаточная приемлемая цена.

К персоналу вопросов нет,все максимально открытые,доброжелательные,приятные люди,готовые всегда выполнить любую просьбу.Хозяйка-золото! Местоположение шикарное. К номерам есть вопросы,наш номер был довольно "уставшим",уже требуется ремонт. Периодически появляется запах из канализации(((

Overall it’s overpriced for the comfort, safety and service you get.
Pros:

1) I liked the location and the hosts
2)The pool was ok, although several times there swam some random teenagers.
3) Breakfasts were also good, there were small buffet.
4) The plus is that there is an elevator in the building and you shouldn’t carry your suitcases on 5th floor on foot.

Cons:

1) First thing I came there was the fact that I was proposed the room I didn’t book. I booked more expensive 2room apartment, but was offered a tiny room with 3 beds and windows on a noisy street. Since I said it’s important for me to have 2 rooms the host next day moved us to the room I booked.
2) Although we spent a week there, no one came to us to change towels or sheets. As well as no one actually cleaned the room either. I had to wash the floor myself 2 times during our stay.
3) The smell of the sewerage killed me. The smell came periodically from the toilet and I could feel it even in my sleep. That’s a huge disadvantage.
4) The electric stove was giving off an electric shock after we turned it on.
5) Electric sockets were falling out of the wall.

Pros:

Расположение отличное, чистый хороший бассейн.
Вкусный ресторан, отзывчивый персонал. В принципе очень комфортно.

Cons:

Вынос мусора из номера самостоятельно, уборку за время проживания не делали
