Great stay for a few days in Athens!
Pros:

The apartment is very clean, suitable for two people, there is an elevator in the building. Nice terrace and sitting area, quiet street, enough closets for your clothes. Iron and ironing board inside, and all the necessary amenities. Bed is fine, not too big, but suitable for the space. Walking distance (25 mins) to the main attractions. The owners were very active in communication and responsive.

Cons:

Sometimes you can hear the neighbours, especially when they are in front of the door waiting for the elevator. Even though it is 10 mins walk from the metro station, it is a bit uphill, which might be a bit difficult if you are coming with a lot of luggage, so take this into concern if choosing this property.

Чистота. уют.всё новое.расположение.

Cons:

Спальный район.это и плюс и минус.
немного далековато до центра(20-25мин пешком до Акрополиса,на метро примерно также по времени) и мест ,где можно перекусить.но в общем нормально..мы этого и хотели .

Cons:

Troppo distante dalla città si trovano opzioni a prezzi più bassi in zone più centrali. Appartamento estremamente rumoroso sia per rumori dal piano di sopra che per rumori esterni, cani, moto etc gli infissi isolano molto poco. Ti contattano via whatsapp con una chat con un assistente virtuale automatico e chiedono se hai domande. Gliene pongo due semplici se c é parcheggio e se ci sono le lenzuola risposta: non so. Ma se non é di nessuno aiuto perché usare un servizio automatico che fa solo perdere tempo. Dopo ho scritto sulla chat di booking e mi ha risposta una persona molto cordiale. Non c erano le pentole anche se vi era la cucina, inconveniente poi risolto il giorno dopo.
