Beautiful hotel with a few plumbing issues.
Pros:

It was absolutely beautiful, it looked exactly as pictured, and it was very clean. There was ample space for a family of four in our suite. The staff were also kind. Air conditioning worked great!

Cons:

We had water problems every night when we were ready to shower. There would either be no warm water or literally no water running at all. By the time we were ready to shower each night the person who could fix the issue would already be gone.

II was disappointed with the welcome during our group stay.
Apart from the porter who was kind, the rest of the staff was not up to standard.
The manager at reception, *Mr. Said*, made me wait 10 minutes to answer a question while looking at his messages. In the morning, when I arrived with my group, he was at reception and didn’t even greet us.
This is unacceptable behavior from a manager. The hotel urgently needs customer service training.
The atmosphere in the hotel is not pleasant, and you don’t feel comfortable there.

Pros:

L'emplacement est proche de la Médina.

Cons:

L'eau chaude se coupait pendant la douche. Nous avons retrouvé un cafard dans la chambre. Nous n'avons pas fini notre nuit là-bas. Nous sommes partis dans la nuit. Et lorsque nous l'avons expliqué au monsieur de la réception il a ri. Vraiment nous déconseillons cette adresse.

اقامه جيدة لمدة يوم او يومين للراحه قبل او بعد سفر طويل
Pros:

الموقع قريب من محطة البيضاء المسافرين حوالي 400 متر فقط والمنطقة امنه ويوجد بالقرب منها المدينه القديمة 4 دقائق بالسيارة وقريب من سوبر ماركت مرجان 2 دقيقه مشي فقط ومطاعم ومسجد قريب في الجهه الشمالية حوالي 180 متر

Cons:

غرف الفندق ضيقة ويجب عليك انت تختبر المكيفات قبل المبيت اذا كنت مسافر في فصل الصيف والافطار ضغيف وغير متنوع
