Great value for money.
Pros:

Great location and the staff were really lovely

Cons:

My bed and pillow could have been better. But that is such a small thing compared to all the other benefits.

Perfect for just a few days.
Pros:

Location was so convenient , close to everything and we absolutely loved that we had a downstairs room near the pool which was great for us and our kids. The staff were very friendly and always so helpful with anything we needed. We also enjoyed listening to the music coming from the bar area hahaha.

Cons:

We could not use Youtube or Netflix on the tv even if we were connected to the wifi - we still couldn't use Youtube or Netflix. Also on our final day the aircon started leaking. I hope if we decide to stay here again we can use Youtube / Netflix and hopefully the aircon won't leak again.

It was a great staycation at Millenia, minor things to improve on but great place overall
Pros:

The rooms were well put. I just wish they service the rooms on a daily basis or at least every two days. Breakfast could be better. Pool was great.

Cons:

Having to ask for things that should already be in the rooms for examples blankets and a microwave to warm up our food.

Pros:

The pool and outdoor area were lovely.

Cons:

The rooms did not have a phone to call reception. Also you had to ask for additional blankets or ironing board and iron they were not in the room. Also when we booked it said that shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer was available but this was not the case when we arrived. Again you had to go to reception and ask repeatedly for the items. The towels had stains and the toilet paper had bugs or discolouring on them. Also one of the male workers propositioned my daughter who was a minor.

this was such a sad experience. Stayed at the Millenia in 2023 and it was good then

Nothing went well.

Cons:

Had requested and had conformed a ground floor room. Arrived and told they were now booked out and I had to have an upstairs room. The room was bare, dirty, there were no blankets, no bottled water, no telephone in the room to ask for things. The breakfast was totally unacceptable - only toast and bare pancakes and instant coffee.

Pros:

The pool.

Cons:

The fan in the bathroom didn’t work so having showers meant the steam stayed in the bathroom. There are no keys for the sliding doors which are more of a convenient way to exit and enter the room. Car park is a nightmare from Thursday nights - Saturday nights. People staying at the hotels would have to park further while those visiting to dine and drink at the hotel use all the parking closer. A lot of staff would say different things. I order drinks and food to the pool area and I was told it was fine. The second time I ordered, I was told I wasn’t allowed food and drinks at the pool but I told them I had it delivered to the pool the day before so they said thats fine. The third time I ordered I was told I had to pay a $10 Tala delivery fee to have the food delivered to the pool area. It’s very confusing.

Pros:

From entrance into the property the front of house the lobby the restaurant the rooms and the amenities. The hotel vibe was so welcoming and intimate and such a beautiful place to be

Nothing. Everything was more than what we expected. My children were safe and felt so comfortable at the hotel i am already looking to book here again

It was pleasant enough, and a lot of locals stayed there. Adequate for the money and expectations.
Pros:

Breakfast - it was a simple one. We had a white toast bread every morning which I don't eat normally the whole year. But staff was friendly.
Pool - great, I used it a couple of times in the evening, refreshing.
Room - was adequate to what we were expecting. No services in 3 days, but that's okay.

Cons:

There is a night club next door and so it was a bit noise on Saturday night.
The staff dragged a barrels for laundry in front of our patio every single morning at 5.30am, I would recommend to them reconsidering the timing of it.
The cocktails were tragic. I would not recommend.
A friend doesn't eat meat except fish. After ordering and start eat Fish Burger, a slice of bacon was found, NOT ideal. Extras, but not thank you.

Pros:

i was on walking stick my room catered for my needs although was hard to get to breakfast and bar the staff were really helpful and very kind a little early but they checked me in early and i was so happy with the reception staff they too were very kind and very accommodating i was very thankful the bar staff were very helpful and made me very comfortable the breakfast crew were very helpful and so kind finally i was very happy with the hotel shuttle to the airport all in all hope to see you again very soon faafetai lava

i ordered room service sandwich and chips vegetarian but got bacon i re ordered but the order never came but thankful i wasnt charged for it just a little glitch and possibly room clean every 2nd or third day if possible

My last time to stay here.
Pros:

Pool is nice, wifi in my room was mostly unavailable. At times I could get it on the balcony but nothing last two days. Room was never cleaned unless I asked for it to be. I keep it tidy but with the please make up room sign on, it got cleaned once in a week and only because I asked for coffee. My 2nd time to stay here, think it will be my last.

Cons:

Wifi, cleaning of rooms.
