I will stay here again, I couldn't find anything to complain about...
There was nothing to like that I could mention.
If you stay here, you will not get hot water in the washroom, nor will you get drinking water or a glass inside the room. There is no staff to attend to you. The stairs are so narrow that you can not climb up with your luggage.
I had a very bad experience during my stay.
We are very disappointed with the situation we encountered upon arrival.
Your hotel website clearly states that the rooms are equipped with air conditioning. However, when we arrived at the room, we found that there was no air conditioning at all. In addition, the room is facing the road, making it very noisy and uncomfortably hot. This is clearly inconsistent with the information advertised on your website and has caused us great inconvenience.
Furthermore, you had agreed to our special request for a 10:00 a.m. check-in. However, when we arrived, the staff on site informed us that we could only check in at 12:00 p.m. This is also inconsistent with what had been confirmed earlier.
Due to these serious discrepancies, the staff on site agreed that we did not need to stay at the hotel. Therefore, we sincerely request your assistance in arranging a full refund.
We hope this matter can be handled fairly and promptly. Thank you for your understanding and assistance.

The service was appalling. The room had a bad smell. The bed was noisy. The air-conditioning didn't work. The room was so hot, I couldn't sleep.
Needs tea/coffee making facillities. Even if just a small kettle . Not much, but goes a long way..
The pub was good.
Simple things like a rubbish bin in the room would have helped. There was no breakfast. The room was VERY small. No floor space to even open a suitcase. We paid for dinner, waited 20 minutes and was then told the kitchen was closed.
Great access to high Barnet tube station.
Walking distance ( 10 minutes)
It was noisy during the night and difficult to sleep at times due to noise from the pub on the ground floor.
The toilet had issues and when mentioned to the reception the staff were extremely rude and made it repulsive remarks about the guests.
Easy check in process, clean rooms, great showers, good food and atmosphere in the pub below.
Staff were brilliant, extremely friendly and accommodating. Easy to find free parking near by and amenities all within walking distance.
Other guests pretty noisy like elephants living above you, no tea/coffee facility in rooms. Unfortunately we were in room 1 and the window opens onto the covered smoking area and walkway to the accommodation, so light constantly coming on, smell of smoke and loud conversations taking place right next to where you are trying to sleep.
One beds was also too long to allow closing the bathroom door, so we took the headboard off to make room!
The bar downstairs and the balcony was quite nice
There was a high pitch ringing every now and then that was so disturbing. There was a family that sat right outside our window and were extremely LOUD and were speaking constantly. I had quite a horrible experience if I’m honest.

The drains are very noisy
The location is good , the check in was ok in 10min we were in the room. And room is clean. near the guesthouse theres tesco , restaurants and more.
Definetly its not a hotel, but a guesthouse. and under the rooms theres the pub, till 12.30/1.00am the music is on and you can hear it from the room.
