A hotel that wakes its guests at 11 PM to fix its own mistakes does not deserve anyone’s business.
Pros:

Nothing worth mentioning. Whatever the property offers is completely overshadowed by how the staff treated me.

Cons:

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I have stayed in hotels all over the world. The reception gave me a room that was already assigned to another guest, and instead of fixing their own mistake properly, they woke me up at 11 PM and demanded that I move. No respectable hotel on earth asks a sleeping guest to leave his room in the middle of the night because of the hotel’s own error. A professional hotel absorbs its mistake and accommodates the other guest, it does not punish the guest who did nothing wrong. To make it worse, they then insisted I change rooms the next day, when I had told them clearly I would be out all day, and offered to have workers move my belongings without me present. Unacceptable, unprofessional, and disrespectful from start to finish.

Very nice - even luxury - hotel to stay in Shaqra.
Pros:

The level of comfort and location are great for Shaqra. Shaqra is not Riyadh or Jeddah but rating the the area is superb and we will visit again for sure. The room was large and airy and quiet and the bathroom spacious and large shower. Breakfast is order via phone and delivered to the room and the staff are all super friendly. Thank you!

Cons:

Excepting the location I understand why there is no cafe/coffee house open in the lobby, but this would have been a nice to have.

كانت تجربه قصيره لمدة ليله ولاكن كانت جميله ومريحه وسوف اكررها مستقبلاً عند زيارتي لمحافظة شقراء باذن الله

قربه من المحلات التجاريه و مول شقراء وبيت قريبي
موقع الفندق ممتاز 👌كذلك اعجبتني طريقة الإفطار حيث تم إرسال الإفطار لغرفة النزيل ب أطباق مختلفه ولذيذة إضافه للشاي والعصير وهي طريقه ممتازه 👍

Cons:

عدم وجود قناة الرياضه بي ان سبورت في قنوات تلفزيون الغرفه مما ضايقني خصوصا أنني من متابعين الدوري الإنجليزي والدوريات الاوروبيه
