Fabulous hotel and staff 10/10
Pros:

Lieu atypique charmant et authentique.
Proximité de tout (forteresse, rues animées).
La viande au restaurant était bonne mais le vin et le dessert non.
Petit déjeuner bon et copieux.
Qualité de la literie, des serviettes et des accessoires de toilette.

Cons:

Itinéraire vers le parking sur Apple plans fausse.
Accueil à simplifier et à mettre au niveau du standing : lourd, sans prise en compte réelle du client (on vous fait remarquer que du café est offert, un petit biscuit, des boules de bain à disposition - de mauvaise qualité d’ailleurs - … alors que vous avez tourné en rond 1 heure pour trouver le lieu et que tout cela est bien normal à ce niveau de prestation).
Il faut traverser la zone fumeur pour aller au quartier VIP.
La baignoire dans la chambre VIP pourrait être plus grande.

תמורה מלאה לתשלום !!!

הצוות אדיב ושירותי מאד ויצר עמנו קשר בווטסאפ, לרבות הנחיות חנייה מדויקות, עוד טרם שהגענו למלון. המלון מעוצב בקפידה, החדר היה נקי ומרווח מאד (שודרגנו ביוזמת המלון), מדי יום חידשו את בקבוק המים בחדר, המסעדה של המלון ברמה גבוהה מאד (!) מבחינת העיצוב, רמת האוכל והשירות ובמחיר סביר מאד. פקיד הקבלה סייע לנו בהמלצות מדויקות לטיול באזור חבל זגורי (מכיוון שהגענו מוכנים עם מסלול אנחנו יכולים לומר שההמלצות שלו מיקדו אותנו). למלון חנייה קרובה ורכב של המלון שאסף אותנו עם המזוודת מהחנייה ואליה לאחר הצ'ק אווט.

Cons:

ביקשנו להשאיל שתי מגבות כשיצאנו ליום טיול מחוץ למלון וסורבנו. ארוחת הבוקר טובה ומשביעה אבל לא מספיק מגוונת ביחס למלון ברמה כה גבוהה.

Very interesting building that has been converted beautifully. The most comfortable bed I have slept in in Europe.
Pros:

The location was excellent. It’s on the edge of the old town with easy access into the fortified area. However, it is located on a walking street with lots of cafés and small retail outlets. The walk to the lake is about 150 m

Beautiful place in the perfect location in Ioannina. Walking distance to the castle, lake, shops and nightlife. Staff very friendly and helpful.

חושבים שם על הכל- הכל יפה ומיוחד, החדר מדהים, מפנק, נקי ושווה!!
ארוחת בוקר מעולה, עם מגוון רחב של אפשרויות.
הצוות אדיב כל כך ואכפתי, דואגים לא צורך או שאלה.

Historisch gebouw, ruime stijlvolle kamers, super enthousiast personeel, perfecte ligging , prima ontbijt en uistekend restaurant. Parkeren met pick-up door bus hotel prima geregeld

Cons:

Wij hadden familiekamer en de bedstede beneden was de matras volledig ingezakt waardoor onze zoon een slaaploze nacht had. Als management dit leest, moeten ze dit oplossen of er komen veel klachten. Jammer, want. Ons bed was wel top notch en de redt van onze ervaring was absoluut 5 sterren!
