Charming, romantic hotel in a stunning building. Wonderful staff.
Pros:

We loved how atmospheric and romantic this hotel was. The room was beautiful and the service exceptional. Would absolutely stay again. Very good location, too.

We look forward to staying there again.
Pros:

A wonderful hotel in the centre of Ioannina, with its own small parking lot close by. Very comfortable beds. We also loved the restaurant and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Everything was great. Nothing to complain about.

Εξαιρετική εμπειρία διαμονής!
Pros:

Μείναμε για ένα τριήμερο και όλα ήταν άψογα. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, ιδιαίτερα προσεγμένο και με όλες τις παροχές ενός πραγματικού boutique hotel υψηλών προδιαγραφών.
Το πρωινό ήταν εξαιρετικό, με ποιοτικές επιλογές και έμφαση στα τοπικά προϊόντα της Ηπείρου.
Ξεχωριστή αναφορά αξίζει στο προσωπικό, το οποίο ήταν ευγενέστατο και πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει σε κάθε σημείο, από την υποδοχή και το πάρκινγκ μέχρι το εστιατόριο.
Μας άρεσε ιδιαίτερα το γεγονός ότι κατά το check-in η ρεσεψιονίστ μάς ξενάγησε στους χώρους και μοιράστηκε μαζί μας την ιστορία του ξενοδοχείου, προσθέτοντας μια πολύ προσωπική πινελιά στη φιλοξενία.
Ένα ξενοδοχείο με χαρακτήρα, υψηλή αισθητική και ανθρώπους που αγαπούν πραγματικά αυτό που κάνουν. Θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη!

Tout est parfait. L’accueil, le service, le lieu, l’agencement.
La vieille ville présente un air vieillissant inquiétant. À l’entrée de l’hôtel vous êtes totalement par le lieu et l’accueil.

מרכזי מאוד, במרכז העיר העתיקה, דקת הליכה מהמבצר ו 5 דקות מהאגם, צוות אדיב, חדרים נקיים ומרווחים מאוד, ארוחת בוקר מצוינת, חניה בגב המלון אך איש צוות מביא עד המלון.

שהות מושלמת ביואנינה.

מלון בוטיק מושלם:: יפה מאד, במיקום מצוין , חדר גדול ויפה( סויטה אקזוטוטיב), צוות מאיר פנים ועוזר, ארוחת בוקר של 5 כוכבים, בקיצור ,ממליצה מאד.

Ηταν μια όαση από την ζούγκλα της Αθήνας με την διαμονή μας εκεί αναβαθμίστηκε και η ψυχή μας

Εκπληκτικής ιστορικής σημασίας το κτήριο με σεβασμό προς το σήμερα είχαμε κλείσει σε κανονικό δωμάτιο και μας έκανε αναβάθμιση σε σουίτα εκπληκτική το προσωπικό ευγενικό όλα πεντακάθαρα το πάρκινγκ 100 μέτρα όλα τέλεια στην καρδιά της πόλης

Emplacement ideal, l'hotel est une vieille maison de marchands rénovée. Literie très confortable, large choix au petit dejeuner et très bon restaurant de l'hôtel. Le personnel était également très sympathique, je recommande
