Pros:

The room was clean and fairly decent, but unfortunately, our overall experience was not very good.

We had no personal contact with anyone from the property during our stay. When we arrived, the key was simply left in the door, and when we left the following morning at around 10:00 a.m., there was still nobody at reception.

The main issue was that there was no hot water in the shower. We contacted the property and were told to wait a little, but after running the hot water for 15 minutes, the temperature had not changed at all. This was particularly disappointing and made the stay less comfortable than expected.

Overall, while the room itself was clean and acceptable, the lack of staff presence and, especially, the absence of hot water were significant drawbacks.

Un gran acierto
Pros:

La amabilidad de su personal, todo el tiempo queriendo ayudar. La habitacion muy comoda y amplia.
Todo limpio impecable. Super recomendable

Cons:

En la hab donde estabamos 35 no llegaba el wifi, pero nos ofrecieron cambiar de habitación de inmediato.

Pros:

La habitación era bonita y amplia, la cama muy cómoda, además estaba muy bien ubicado para visitar el pueblo

Cons:

El baño era un poco pequeño y el extractor hacía algo de ruido al encenderlo

Pros:

Dimitri was extremely nice and helpful I'm everything I needed, and is really kind and knowledgeable. The style of the room is cozy and sweet, and the view was exeptional!
