Wir haben in der Reservation ausdrücklich 2 Zimmer im Erdgeschoss gewünscht, weil die Zimmer im Dachgeschoss wegen der stark einstrahlenden Sonne laut Rezessionen sehr warm sind. Dieser Wunsch wurde uns über Booking zurück bestätigt. Bei Ankunft hat man uns aber 2 Zimmer im Dachgeschoss zugeteilt. Der Mann an der Rezeption, den man nur sehr schlecht verstand, weil er nur sehr leise spricht und auch nach Aufforderung doch bitte etwas lauter zu sprechen weiterhin nur sehr leise genuschelt und sehr undeutlich gesprochen hat, hat uns dann widerwillig 1 Zimmer im Erdgeschoss zugeteilt. Auf unsere Bitte hin, auch das zweite Zimmer ins Erdgeschoss umzuteilen, hat man deutlich gemerkt, dass ihm der administrative Aufwand dafür zu gross war und hat das im Dachgeschoss nicht umgebucht, obwohl noch freie Zimmer im Erdgeschoss frei gewesen wären. Die Freunde haben im Dachgeschoss sehr schlecht geschlafen. Das war ein sehr sehr schlechter Service obwohl - wie bereits gesagt - uns dies von Seite Booking bestätigt worden ist.

Problème de facturation

Dans la globalité le voyage s'est assez bien déroulé

Cons:

Il y eu un gros problème de facturation, le personnel souhaitait que l'on paie lors de notre départ, ce qui a donc été le cas, nous avons malheureusement perdu plus d'une heure a repasser en revu chaque consommations et plats qui n'avaient pas été répertoriés par le service.

Hôtel idéalement situé sur le territoire mais entouré d'axes routiers et donc bruyant.
Prix élevé mais c'est le moins cher de la région en rapport qualité prix ;-)

Je suis arrivé tardivement à l’hôtel, mais le réceptionniste était encore là. L’accueil s’est montré peu chaleureux ainsi qu’à la restitution des clés.

Ménage sous le lit pas fait (plein de poussière).
