Insgesamt leider ein enttäuschender Aufenthalt mit mehreren Mängeln und wenig Unterstützung.
Pros:

Positiv hervorzuheben sind die Refill-Wasserstation, die Sitzgelegenheit sowie die Wäscheleine vor dem Bungalow. Auch die Möglichkeit, direkt vor Ort einen Roller zu mieten, ist grundsätzlich sehr praktisch.

Cons:

Leider entsprach die Unterkunft in mehreren Punkten nicht unseren Erwartungen. Unser Zimmer war aufgrund eines zugenagelten Fensters sehr dunkel. Im Badezimmer stand wiederholt Wasser und aus dem Abfluss kam ein äußerst unangenehmer Geruch. Die Toilettenspülung funktionierte zeitweise nicht ordnungsgemäß, sodass die Toilette nach der Benutzung nicht vollständig gespült werden konnte. Obwohl wir dies gemeldet und um Unterstützung gebeten haben, kam trotz Nachfrage niemand, um sich darum zu kümmern. An einem Abend gab es zudem überhaupt kein Wasser.
Besonders enttäuschend war der Umgang mit unseren Anliegen. Aufgrund der eingeschränkten Englischkenntnisse des Personals war die Verständigung teilweise schwierig. Dafür haben wir grundsätzlich Verständnis, hätten uns aber deutlich mehr Bemühung und Unterstützung bei der Lösung unserer Probleme gewünscht. Leider empfanden wir den Umgang teilweise als unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit.

Pros:

Good, clean bungalow room with comfortable bed. AC worked well, but rarely needed. Wifi was also good. Water, tea & coffee available. There was also a fridge & kettle shared between 2 rooms. Seating area outside is a nice extra. Scooters available at a cheap rate. Excellent warungs nearby if you don't want to walk into the centre.

Cons:

Shared bathroom was a little cramped. Shower only has coldish water, but I didn't mind that. The only bed covering was a blanket that covered just half the bed, which was pretty useless.

Aufteilung in "Bungalows" mit großzügigem Vorraum,
Gutes Warung in der Nähe

Cons:

• Wasserkocher hat ständig Kurzschluss verursacht (3 min. Wartezeit, dann ging Licht wieder an)
• Zimmer war leicht muffig (sehr enge "Gassen" zwischen den anderen "Bungalows")
• Achtung: Affenalarm mehrmals täglich --> keine Fenster öffnen
• liegt NICHT in fußläufiger Nähe zum Strand

If I come back to Kuta I will stay here again

Lovely homestay, I came back three times because I was very comfortable here. The staff are lovely and the facilities are good, has everything you need and breakfast included.

- Darmowa woda (która uważam powinna być oczywista, ale nie jest to takie oczywiste na Lomboku)
- WiFi nawet dobrze działało (czasami były problemy, ale w większości dawało radę
- Obecność biurka i szafek na ubrania
- Klimatyzacja sprawna i cicha

- Łazienka mogłaby być lepiej czyszczona.
- Okropnie śmierdziało z łazienki ściekami (nie zawsze, ale w większości straszny smród)
- Materac się zapadał na środku

Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, man kann direkt dort einen Roller mieten und auch Wäsche machen

Cons:

Zu Fuss ist die Unterkunft 20min von der Stadt entfernt. Die Räume sind sehr hellhörig bereits früh morgens hört man die Kinder und affen(gut zu wissen wenn man das als störend empfindet)

Pros:

Super freuendliche leute, schön grosses Zimmer. Unkompliziert Top!

Cons:

Badezimmer stinkt minimal wie meistens in Indonesien, man sollte nicht davor zurückschrecken so ist es nun Mal auf Lombok im schönen Indonesien!
Bisschen vom Zentrum entfernt würde gut zu Fuss gehen, ein Roller zu Mieten lohnt sich aber definitiv!

Yeah good price for an easy out the way location. Well worth the money.
Pros:

I liked the location being slightly out of Kuta, couldn’t hear anything in the early morning or evening. We stayed for 30 nights and had no issues.
WiFi was good, free drinking water which means you save a lot of money on buy bottles. Laundry services fast and meant I didn’t have to go off the property to do it. The owners are lovely and helpful.

Cons:

A couple of times there was a power cut, which meant no AC at night. However this could be a local issue not the property issue. I’d say the bathroom in our bungalow could do with an upgrade but it’s within working and reasonable needs. But these wouldn’t stop me from coming back. I will stay again if I come to Kuta Lombok again.

Our lovely stay with sweet people and ducks🦆
Pros:

We had an amazing and relaxing stay at Putri Nyale! The location is excellent if you want to be close to Kuta but in a calm location far from the chaos of the town center. With a motorbike (you can rent them here for cheap) you are 5 minutes away. You don't see any road from your terrace which is very pleasant and quiet.

The owners are very friendly and accommodating, we kept extending our stay with no fuss. The cleaning lady is very sweet and prepares your delicious breakfast every morning.

The room was clean, beds comfortable and A/C worked well. You have access to free drinking water and hot water for beverages, and a shared kitchen. There's free coffee and tea as well.

Also it is 1 minute walk away from the most cozy and delicious warung around. We ate there almost every night.(Luis Warung)

Don't get me wrong, nothing is luxurious, but at this price you can't complain, you get all the essentials you need. Don't be an idiot like some people in the reviews and expect perfection at this price range.
