The staff were friendly and attentive; the sweet treats were a nice addition, however the Booking.com blurb / advertising was very misleading. The massage was in a lovely spot overlooking the ocean.
It says it's in Canggu but this is a good half hour drive away. Taxi's can't even be booked in advance as it's so far from everywhere. There is no surfing possible, you cant even swin at the beach as is too rough and its full of rubbish. The tap to fill up the ginormous spa was not positioned at the correct angle to allow water into the spa and it went all over the floor & wasn't used. The technology to lock the door was annoying and you couldn't have the curtains partly open - they were either open or closed by an automated ipad. They also requested I pay $10 for a broken plate...
We were in treehouse 1: it is beautiful! Very cosy and romantic. So close to the sea that you sleep on the sound of the waves (you can't see them from the hut due to the jungle). This treehouse in particular is very private and it's also great to lounge on its patio.
The service was exceptional. There is turndown service, they bring fruits and chocolate. Really felt like we were in a much more expensive place than we actually were. Staff were without exception very friendly, attentive and professional.
The a la carte breakfast is amazing and very generous.
We booked a package that included 2 beers, a free tour, free beach club access and a 15% discount on F&B. I feel this was a bit misleading: the F&B discount only applies to the hotel restaurant (fair enough), but does not apply to alcoholic beverages. Beach club access is free to anyone staying at the hotel, regardless of package. The tour is nice, but just a 20 minute drive showing the layout of the creative city (we had already walked most places). So, while I think the room and breakfast were excellent value, the additional package costs were not. I would suggest booking without that.

This property is amazing! The staff are so thoughtful and go out of their way to make it that much better. The staff are attentive and their attention to detail is amazing! Absolutely one of my favorite stays and will definitely come back again in the future. The amenities were amazing, breakfast was fabulous, getting free entry into Luna Beach Club/Utopia/and the tower plus Nuanu itself is awesome. Having essentially a private buggy available to you to take you straight to your stay and staff to help with baggage are definite pluses too!

Небольшой новый современный отель. Очень классные интерьеры комнат, дружелюбный персонал и большая территория вокруг отеля.
Маленький бассейн на территории отеля, но можно сходить в бич клаб по соседству. Делали массаж - раз на раз не приходится. То все супер, то ощущение, что массажистка работает первый день. Расположение не очень удобное, если есть желание что-то еще посмотреть на острове. Но можно и несколько дней провести классно, не выезжая из отеля.

- I loved it. It's spacious, it's luxurious, and the day bed with terrasse makes it an amazing room. However, it might not be for everyone: lots of cracking, noises, at night with the wind etc.. Shower area could be improved compared to a "normal" room.
