Stylish, elegant apartment
Pros:

The staff are very accommodating and easy to deal with. The room was clean, stylish and elegant.

Cons:

I just did not like being unable to go to carpark without the card. I almost got trapped. It is for safety, but still.

everything about the accomodation is awesome

Cons:

electricity was cut off during the time that we needed it most but Maxine the staff let us use another room to do hair and make up and use the shower as we were attending a wedding

Location was amazing right behind the surf club, the view from the pool was spectacular straight out onto the beach.

Pros:

Very well located, staffed and maintained. Onsite parking a bonus.
Facilities all available and close to many restaurants

Pros:

The property was beautiful and very clean. The location was perfect. Would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

There was only one lift working which meant you had to wait 5 to 10 minutes to go anywhere. If the lift did come you had to go to all the floors pressed before you got to yours.

Stunning location, comfortable well appointed room.
Pros:

Beautiful location across the road from Kirra Beach. The apartment itself was partial beach view. And the view was stunning.
Free car parking below.
The room was well appointed and visually aesthetic whilst also being comfortable and clean.
Coffee / Tea / Milk provided in room
Gorgeous pool and deck overlooking the beach.

Even the non-stop rain did not spoil this lovely location.
Pros:

Kirra beach is a stunning location, and we enjoyed all the nearby facilities. So much quieter and relaxing compared to Broad Beach of Surfers Paradise. The hotel pool is beautiful looking over the ocean,

Cons:

Please provide a slimmer pillow option in the room. The big fat ones look the part but are ridiculous for sleeping. We had to ask at reception but that was after an uncomfortable first night.

Very nice accommodation and staff were lovely. I would come back again!

Classy and modern looking. Smelt nice and clean. Nice size rooms! Great balcony.

Cons:

Didn’t have toothpaste/earbuds/ little toiletries other places include. Pillows were quite uncomfortable.
