Venho manifestar minha total insatisfação com as condições do apartamento. O local estava extremamente sujo do piso ao teto, os móveis encontram-se todos quebrados e a cama é de péssima qualidade, tornando o descanso impossível. Para piorar, a cozinha está completamente inutilizável e os pratos não podem ser aproveitados. Diante desse cenário, solicito um posicionamento urgente e a devida compensação pelo transtorno causado."
