AVOID AT ANY COST

TERRIBLE experience. Scorpio infestation! No support from most rude owners!
Avoid at all costs!

Cons:

By all means worst experience ever while on oaxacan coast for 5 weeks. Had to deal with 4 mega Scorpios on my own in the room crawling and dropping from ceilings!

On the first night, when I checked in it was just one 10cm Scorpio sitting on the wall. Ana, the lady who is managing the Casa Terra online, was trying to get the French couple who are living next door (the owners) to come and take it out. No luck - they were sleeping. So I just left it.

I the morning, I was met with very rude French couple, when I asked for some agua and shampoo - the attitude was demeaning towards me… I get it - it’s not provided.

The supposed starlink internet was not working whatsoever.

Ana offered me to move out and refund for the rest of the 3 nights.

I decided to give a property another chance and stay another night (out of 4 booked).

When I come back into the room the evening of the second night I was faced with Scorpio infestation, said creatures were crawling and dropping from ceiling (the sounds is something that will haunt you). Poor Ana was trying to help me on WhatsApp while I was trying to escape inferno Scorpio infestation, but booking an accommodation with no WiFi is doomed to be impossible. French couple who were supposed to help were peacefully sleeping AGAIN! So with no way to escape, I was on my own at battle with creatures - spraying them with Raid (which I asked for on the fist day because you couldn’t stand in the kitchen from amount of ants crawling up my feet) and slapping the creatures with shoe while crying, all on my own until 1am at night.

Exhausted and stressed I fell asleep.

In the morning the French came in shouting something (I don’t understand French) and BLAIMING ME.

I reached booking.com in order to cancel this nightmare - no proper response for months and no refund was issued!

So in summary - cute place but TERRIBLE experience and owners !! The French couple don’t take care of the place nor give a sh about the guests.
