Location and view is good

Cons:

Staff. Didn’t give us the room requested . We get complimentary massage but couldn’t get hold of spa till 8:00 pm. Contacted reception and they didn’t even call back about when is the available time slot and when I made an appointment moment the staff told me it was close (to avoid us having massage) also the Restuarant I called 3 times to tell them to have my floating breakfast ready at 7am and they didn’t even call not prepare at all till we almost check out . Staff have problem communication among themselves and also with guest

Très belle vue sur la baie - bel accueil

Personnel très aidant et charmant
Emplacement à 3 mn en scooter ou 15 mn à pied du centre ville

Cons:

Piscine à l’eau trouble et un peu sale
Salle de bains pas très pratique (dans les chambres sans fenêtre en tout cas)

Вид шикарный, в ресторане еда вкусная,но обслуживание очень медленное

Cons:

У нас были 2 комнаты стандарт. В комнатах не было хододильника, в одной комнате не было сейфа, в другой сейф не работал. Полотенец для лица, ног не было. Одноразовые тапочки грязные были т.е. ношеные. В ресепшене девушка очень высокомерна я была, что не понравилось нам.

Von aussen ein wunderschönes Hotel mit mittelmässigen Service
Pros:

Sehr schön von aussen. Wir machten eine Fotosession, das Hotel ist so schön von aussen mit dem Pool und dem Blick aufs Meer.

Cons:

Essen bestellen ging ewig. Das Personal war zwar sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit aber der Service insgesamt war schlecht weil extrem langsam und unzuverlässig. Preis / Leistung stimmt nicht, mehr Schein als Sein.

Cons:

Room:
Quite dirty, pink mould in bathrooms, a towel was not provided in the room until I asked. The TV was broken, the phone was broken. Unable to call room service and when I attended reception to ask for assistance it was very poorly handled by staff. No soap. No fridge. Terrible sewer smell from sink too.

Staff:
Disrespectful. E.g. I was woken by staff knocking on my door at 8am to ask if they can clean my room before I had woken and responded with very poor english to go to breakfast (even though closed at 10am).
The staff pick and choose who they provide a nice service to. Felt very rude that I watched people in front of me receive amazing treatment and then I was left unattended. The staff are whispering and laughing and make you feel very uncomfortable.
When I spoke to staff about the issues politely and extremely upset, they responded with nodding and inability to rectify any issues.

Pool area:
No shade at all. The pool has green algae all over the sides. They put table on the suedes so there’s not enough. No service at all there.

Food:
Terrible don’t eat here.

Save yourself the hassle, you can visit without staying for the views only if it’s that important to you.
