Overall Satisfied.
Pros:

Close to shops and amenities. Good service.

Cons:

I have to be a member to receive a toothbrush and paste , mineral water. Usually hotels already prepared the toiletries. No room sleepers and laundry bags, and fridge. Shower room has no door . The water spread down the bathroom door. I have to put a towel to protect the water from going down to the front door.

Pros:

The location of DoubleTree by Hilton Melbourne separates it from its competitors. It is situated opposite Flinders St Station, which is very convenient. It’s also right next door to Degraves Lane, with all the food, coffee & treats you will need. The historic Block Arcade is also a really short walk from the hotel.

Cons:

I would love the fitness centre to be bigger. It is a small space, with two treadmills and strength and stretching areas. I’d also change out the pillows and switch to turn the bedside lamp on and off.

Pros:

It was a great location, across the road from Flinders Street station. Short walk to everything

Cons:

I found the walls were very thin. I could hear the people in the room next door.
No view.
I got cold thru the night but no blanket in the room.
For an older couple the tv was difficult to work for us.

Good spot, would stay again for a similar purpose
Pros:

Location was good and the service from all staff was very good.
Bed was comfy.
Amenities in the room were all great and perfect for the stay

Cons:

The restaurant being shut and moved to a small meeting room is dissapointing. I wouldnt rush to include breakfast while there is no restaurant.
Wifi was patchy at times.
Bed was good however the bedding itself seemed to ride up the bed.
