It was nice for a short stay.
Pros:

It was close to the city

Cons:

That we had to pay so much for car parking. And it was very confusing to get to the car park. And the gates didn't open unless you got out to use the pass.

A spacious, comfortable and quiet place to stay, with better than Hotel room facilities at a compara
Pros:

The Docklands location is hard to beat , with easy access to the many local facilities , sporting, culinary and cultural.
Away from much of the noise of CBD accommodation, while allowing simple walking or alternate transport methods to cover the short distancesto inner city venues.

Cons:

Although not a problem, some advance notification that the 'apartment ' rooms are in a separate but adjacent building would have saved some minor confusion.

Pros:

Location was excellent, beds clean and comfortable

Cons:

Room was tired, couch had passed it's use-by date for comfort. Bathroom cupboards showed old water damage. Given the Sebel name and the price would have expected better overall quality of room, and a coffee machine!

The lounge was comfortable, great views, tidy and walkable to most things.

Cons:

I didn’t like that we had to check in and then drive to another building to find parking and check in to our room. The bedrooms were a bit small and there was not a lot of room to place your luggage, left it out in the lounge room. Couldn’t find a spare blanket in the main bedroom wardrobes, it got a little cold. Discovered in in the spare bedroom the morning we left

Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.
Pros:

It was extremely clean and quite a good size unit.

Cons:

The couch was way too hard, the pillows were uncomfortable and all rooms should have Queen size beds.

Comfortable, functional and in a good area
Pros:

Close to transport and restaurants … apt clean and comfortable… staff helpful

Cons:

Lighting was a bit harsh in room
Parking was a bit tricky and in another building… wasn’t aware of the $200 bond

Location and the room was pretty good

Cons:

Having to park in a different building to the one where the apartment was. This was inconvenient and annoying . The parking building had no signage so it was confusing to find the correct spot. The parking building car entrance key didn't work.
