Pros:

It had everything needed for a short stay. Parking within the building was great.

Cons:

Key entry to the apartment which was a bit difficult to open and didn’t provide enough safety. Would have better to have a keyless entry may be a code to enter.

Cons:

Uncomfortable hard beds , the rooms are quite outdated and have a smell, in one of the bathrooms our toilet was right next to the shower and quite small squishy hard to open door.
Tap in kitchen needs fixing sprayed water everywhere.

The perfect studio apartment.
Pros:

The studio apartment was the perfect size, well laid out, and had all the amenities I needed.
There were two air conditioners, so I could control the temperature throughout the apartment.
The trees outside the windows provided an additional layer of privacy.
There was plenty of room to set up a workspace, and the WiFi was great.
The apartment was close to tram transport and an easy walk to lots of cafes and restaurants.
I would absolutely book this apartment again.

Cons:

There was limited light entering the apartment due to the surrounding tall buildings and the trees providing screening. However I was rarely there during the day so it was not an issue.

The apartment was dirty, empty drinks left on the deck, it stunk and bathroom floor and shower my goodness needs a good clean… I left a day early and I never have complained about a place

We had a wonderful time in a great location. The Sebel was good value.
Pros:

The breakfast was a great surprise & very satisfying at the downstairs venue. The room was a good size with great views. The shower was awesome and very clean. The room had everything we needed.

Cons:

The bed was a tad hard but otherwise clean.
