Cons:

During our stay, we noticed that the epoxy paint near the window side had not dried properly. Unfortunately, the paint spread onto my child’s legs, dress, and other belongings, causing inconvenience and discomfort.
This situation was very disappointing, especially since we chose your property expecting safe surroundings and quality service. Allowing guests into a room where maintenance work was incomplete reflects poor attention to guest safety and room readiness.
We paid expecting good hospitality and service standards, but our experience was not satisfactory.
I also hope necessary precautions and quality checks will be implemented to ensure such incidents do not happen to other guests in the future.

Excellent short stay
Pros:

I had an excellent experience. The hotel is new, and extremely clean, which made the stay very comfortable. The standout aspect, however, was the staff and their exceptional hospitality.

From Maya at the front desk to Vivek at Cosmos restaurant, every interaction reflected genuine care and a strong service mindset. The team went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and valued. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made the stay memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bangalore.
