Pros:

Charmant hôtel, chambre spacieuse et confortable, délicieux petit déjeuner, personnel sympa.

Cons:

J’aurais pu mettre la note de 10 si je n’avais pas fait le massage d’1H par une femme (venue d’extérieur à l’hôtel) dépourvue totalement de maîtrise.
Ce n’était vraiment pas agréable. Je pense un des pires massages que l’on m’ai jamais fait, et je suis un habitué..

NB : Pour l’hôtel : Il serait temps de ne plus faire appel à ses services pour le bien être des futurs clients.

Very pleasant stay
Pros:

The hotel was nice, spacious and about 10-15 minutes walking to the Tashkent metro station/central station. Even though it was very warm during our stay, the hotel rooms stayed nice and fresh.

Cons:

The AC in the breakfast room did not manage to keep out the heat. Thus, we had our breakfast at the balcony with a nice breeze.

Cons:

3인실 기준 침대 스프링이 너무 약해 잘수 없을정도 였어요. 조식이 7시래서 기차 타기전 먹을려 했는데 갑자기 7시반 이라고 해서 런치박스로 받았어요 저녁에 픽업 온 친구는 친절했는데 아침에 응대한 친구는 귀찮아 하는듯 했어요

Location is perfect and helpful staff
Pros:

Great location to the airport and a short 10 minute walk to the train station. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate my early departure with an early breakfast.

Pros:

The room was very spacious and probably the best that I had during my trip in uzbekistan. Surprisingly the mattress was on the soft side and the single bed was more comfortable.

Cons:

The location is a bit off the center, but with Yandex all was fine. I also picked this hotel to be close to the airport before my departure.

Empfehlenswert in Nähe zum Flughafen
Pros:

Wir haben die letzte Nacht vor dem Rückflug im Aqua Hotel verbracht, hauptsächlich wegen der Nähe zum Flughafen. Uns hat das Hotel überzeugt. Zum Flughafen haben wir 10 min. mit dem Taxi gebraucht, in der Umgebung gibt es Laufnähe Restaurants, kleine Supermärkte. Das Haus liegt etwas zurück in zweiter Reihe, sodass es sehr ruhig gelegen war.
Unser Zimmer war sehr groß, blitzsauber, die Ausstattung war wie im Internet beschrieben und gezeigt. Das Bad war mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, ebenso sauber.
zum Frühstück können wir nichts sagen, weil wir aufgrund unserer Abflugzeit zu früh auschecken mussten.
Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Es werden im Hotel selbst auch zahlreiche Wellness-Anwendungen zu einem guten Preis angeboten, die sich gut anhörten, die wir aber wegen Zeitmangels nicht ausprobieren konnten.
Vielleicht noch ein Hinweis für mobilitätseingeschränkte Reisende: Die Zimmer sind im 1. und 2. Stock gelegen, es gibt keinen Aufzug, es wird einem aber mit dem Gepäck geholfen.
Aus unserer Sicht ist das Hotel uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Akzeptable Unterkunft, es gibt allerdings bessere Optionen
Pros:

Hotel in Nähe vom Flughafen, gut zu erreichen mit Taxi via YandexGo. Frühstück als Buffett gut. Kaffee aus dem Vollautomaten gut. 24h Rezeption hilfreich bei später Ankunft.
Zimmer groß und sauber. Ausstattung in Ordnung. Zahlung mit Kreditkarte möglich.

Cons:

Insgesamt keine wirkliche Gastfreundschaft. Mitarbeiter im Hotel waren eher abweisend. Kommunikation mit dem Hotel war insbesondere direkt vor Ankunft nicht gut. Abholung vom Flughafen erfolgte nicht. Enttäuschend.
Im Zimmer gibt es einen kleinen Kühlschrank mit Getränken, der nicht angeschlossen oder gekennzeichnet ist als Minibar mit Preisen. Abrechnung danach zu horrenden Preisen. Dort besser verzichten.
Lage nicht attraktiv zur Erkundung der Stadt.
Insgesamt gibt es in Taschkent bessere Optionen.

직원이 직접 공항까지 픽업와 주었고 같이 호텔로 이동해줬습니다. 심지어 택시비도 내지 않았습니다. 늦은시간 공항 주변 호텔 찾으신다면 추천합니다.

조식이 조금 아쉽습니다. 그래도 가격대비 아주 휼륭합니다

Pros:

Очень гостеприимный хозяин отеля и персонал, расположение в пешей доступности от ж. д. вокзала, не далеко от аэропорта. Хозяин отеля бесплатно встречатил нас а аэропорту, угостил клубникой. Завтраки хорошие, есть кофемашина. Рекомендую!
