Pros:

Nice family run hotel with excellent breakfast. The facility is in an area that doesn’t really have anything around it but luckily the Yandex go are inexpensive and it was very close to the train station for an early train to Samarkand . The staff are very nice. The bed is a little hard but the linen is clean and the AC works well.
The spa and sauna are excellent and we have a lovely relaxing experience in a quiet clean environment

Pros:

Arrived before 7am. Nevertheless, they offered a room for early check-in without extra charge.
Also offered breakfast from chec in date.

Cons:

One thing, not only at this hotel but some retailer, ticket office I was required to pin code of credit card, which I was never asked in any other country..no contactless system ? So, I paid with cash.

Convenient for a short stay in Tashkent
Pros:

Nice location, convenient for travelling by train or for the airport. Good breakfast, big rooms. Fairly clean. Nice terrace and enough away from the main road to avoid the noise. They offer a free transport to or from airport or train station. Some of the staff were very nice.

Cons:

My friend and I stayed there twice. First time we payed more than it was stated on booking. There was a misunderstanding regarding the pickup at the train station but eventually solved (included a bit of waiting). AC is poor.

Rejuvenating Sauna Experience Right on Property
Pros:

Close to airport. Wonderful wood-fired sauna with oak whisks, and hammam, and it's right there on property. Very relaxing after long flight. Helpful staff, family atmosphere.

Cons:

Older facility, air con a bit weak for the large room. Breakfast could be better.

Cons:

Hard to find, Yandex maps shows two addresses for this hotel. Taxi drivers can't find. Not much of a view.

Tutto perfetto. Camera e bagno di ottime dimensioni corredato di tutto il necessario.(anche accappatoio)
Personale alla reception gentile e disponibile abbiamo avuto la camera alle 10.30 del mattino.
Poiché dovevamo partire presto la mattina abbiamo comunque usufruito della colazione preparata con anticipo rispetto all'orario standard.
Ubicato a 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria.

Charmant hôtel, chambre spacieuse et confortable, délicieux petit déjeuner, personnel sympa.

Cons:

J’aurais pu mettre la note de 10 si je n’avais pas fait le massage d’1H par une femme (venue d’extérieur à l’hôtel) dépourvue totalement de maîtrise.
Ce n’était vraiment pas agréable. Je pense un des pires massages que l’on m’ai jamais fait, et je suis un habitué..

NB : Pour l’hôtel : Il serait temps de ne plus faire appel à ses services pour le bien être des futurs clients.

Very pleasant stay
Pros:

The hotel was nice, spacious and about 10-15 minutes walking to the Tashkent metro station/central station. Even though it was very warm during our stay, the hotel rooms stayed nice and fresh.

Cons:

The AC in the breakfast room did not manage to keep out the heat. Thus, we had our breakfast at the balcony with a nice breeze.
