Perfect for a city stop.
Pros:

Everything perfect. Nice reception area with complimentary drinks. Helpful staff. Access codes worked well. Payment was easy. Comfortable room bed and shower. Location close to restaurants and on a quiet street.

Ottima struttura e posizione
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura durante il nostro viaggio a Tirana e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. L’hotel è molto curato, estremamente pulito e l’ambiente è accogliente: ogni volta che rientravamo ci sentivamo praticamente a casa.

Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo, davvero difficile trovare una struttura così ben tenuta a queste cifre.

L’unico piccolo suggerimento che mi sento di dare è quello di aggiungere un armadio o uno spazio più comodo dove poggiare i bagagli. Per il resto, tutto perfetto.

Consiglio assolutamente questa struttura a chiunque debba soggiornare a Tirana: trovare posti così puliti e curati non è affatto scontato.

Très bon séjour
Pros:

Chambres propres , modernes et fonctionnelles , bien situé , la propriétaire était très gentille et serviable.

Cons:

Pas de parking et c'était pas évident de se garer sur la rue de l'hôtel.
La chambre manque un peu d'isolation sonore on entend ce qui se passe dans les couloirs mais pas très dérangeant

Ein kleines und feines Hotel in der Mitte von Tirana, ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden!
Pros:

Die Villa Noem ist ein kleines und feines Hotel im Zentrum von Tirana. Der Skanderbeg-Platz ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen, wei auch die anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt. In der Umgebung des Hotels gibt es viele kleine Läden und Restaurants, insbesondere in der Rruga e Durresit, von der die Seitenstraße, in der das Hotel liegt, abgeht, und der Rruga Mine Peza.
Das Hotel hat im Eingangsbereich Tische und Stühle, an denen man sitzen und kostenfreien Kaffee oder Tee trinken kann, z.B. zum Frühstück, das man sich in einer nahegelegenen Bäckerei holen kann. Das hat mir sehr gut gefallen.
Das Zimmer hatte ein schönes Bad und ein sehr komfortables Bett. Es gab eine Klimaanlage und, auch sehr vorteilhaft, einen kleinen Kühlschrank, in dem ich mein Trinkwasser kühlen konnte.

Cons:

Es gab nichts an diesem Hotel auszusetzen, es war einfach klasse!

Great central location, great value and service
Pros:

The location is very central yet very quiet. The owner was so nice, helpful, and kind. She assisted us with all questions and was very accommodating. And she offered us coffee at checkout which was sweet.

Pros:

The property was extremely clean and comfortable. The room was perfect for our 5 night stay and the fridge, air con and balcony were great additions. The kitchen to make coffee in the morning was a great added touch too. The staff were extremely kind and helpful too.

Cons:

The electronic keypad entry to the room which we had problems with upon arrival. Luckily the staff provided a key for us which was great.
