Pros:

Facilities was perfect...especialy for family with kids

La piscine magnifique avec vue sur les montagnes, la propreté, personnel agréable et literie confortable.. service en bord de piscine, très agréable.
Serviettes de piscine fournies
Le restaurant de l'hôtel est plutôt pas mal, et c'est bon.
Je recommande cet hôtel 😃

Cons:

Manque de rangement dans la chambre familiale que nous occupions, pas de porte manteaux ni dans la chambre ni dans la salle de bain. Difficile de faire sécher les maillots de bain
Il aurait fallu mettre 1 ou 2 chaises dans la chambre .

The pool and views was great
Pros:

The pool was well maintained, and the view was spectacular. The room was comfortable.

Cons:

The carpet in the room is showing signs of being worn. There was a lot of noise through the early hours of the morning. The twin beds was made up with-out a top sheet. Our meals ordered at the restaurant did not arrive at the same time. Of the three main meals ordered two arrived at the same time and the grilled fish dish arrived just over 30 minutes later.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la vue. L'hôtel était propre, la chambre était accueillante et confortable. La personne à l'accueil était très sympathique et toujours prête à répondre à nos questions.

Cons:

Si l'accueil à l'hôtel ainsi que le personnel que nous y avons croisés étaient sympathiques, un petit bémol pour certaines personnes travaillant au restaurant. Le serveur que nous avons eu le premier soir n'était pas très sympathique et nous avions l'impression de déranger. Heureusement, nous avons eu quelqu'un d'autre les autres soirs qui, lui, était bien plus gentil.

Cons:

Personalen på hotellet ljuger, är otrevliga och försöker lura gäster på pengar. Vi hade bokat ett rum via Booking till ett visst pris, men när vi kom till hotellet sa de att det rummet inte fanns och att vi var tvungna att ta ett annat rum som var dyrare. Efter ungefär en halvtimmes diskussion gav de oss till slut samma rum som vi hade bokat via Booking

Pros:

location everything amazing very nice stay in hotel , a very big thank you to the helpful lady forgot her name but not her welcoming smile who was at reception i arrived early let me leave my luggage while i was allowed to wait by poolside waiting for room , the staff at the bar / pool area were very hard working and again very helpful and friendly , was my first time in tirana travelled alone for dentistry and had good conversation with the guys working at bar telling me where should visit , again very hard working and professional and made feel like a guest not a number , on return to reception there was a large birthday or function being catered for , i could see lady who checked me in was very busy but i was made feel welcome and valued most professional and dealt with me with ease , room was amazing , vey nice conversation with lady when returned relaxed she was informative about her beautiful country , cant wait to return asap from u.k when have my new teeth lol in wonderful tirana , thank you damian
