Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee. In a shared room, if one of the passengers does not meet the aforementioned requirements for the exemption of taxes from the law (18% IVA), the whole room will be affected by 18% of IVA.
Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

Hotel nuevo, instalaciones muy cómodas, restaurant con una carta variada, barrio tranquilo, se descansa bien, muy bueno. Todo el personal muy amable, y en recepción siempre atentas. Coni, muy buena anfitriona me ayudo con tours, taxis y mi estadia en general. Muy recomendado.

Great room. Nice restaurant on the top floor and great location outside the touristic area. It was about 25 minutes walk which is a great way to start and finish the day.

It was slightly far out from the city centre but the Ubers are super cheap so it was all good.

The hotel was in a calm area of Arequipa, around 20/25min walk from the Plaza Del Armas.
The staff was very kind and the very attentive and the service was really good.

A small hotel with outstanding staff. The hotel is a 12 min walk from the Plaza de Aramas largely along shaded residential streets. The area is very safe and the hotel itself is in a gated area. Breakfast is not a buffet but from a large list, individually prepared. The restaurant is excellent and offers a wide selection of Peruvian and international options. Beds are large and comfortable and immaculately clean. Good bathroom. Roo.m had fridge and kettle.
Not much to say apart that the hotel has a slightly echoing basis that could be an issue if there were lots of children or groups but the hotel doesn't seem to attract this clientele. Not an issue during our 6 day stay.
