لم يعجبني مكان الإقامة بسبب موظفيه .

Cons:

الموظفين غير مهنيين تمامًا و تعاملهم سيء ، قائمة الأفطار تحتوي على البيض فقط اما البقيه معلبات ، رائحة الغرفة سيئة تمامًا مع العلم اني حجزت 4 غرف ، ولا يوجد خدمة حمل الشنط ، انت تقوم بذلك بنفسك .

Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal : il est possible de tout faire à pied, ce qui est un véritable atout. Le parking gratuit est également très appréciable et facilite le séjour.

Le petit-déjeuner est correct. Le choix n’est pas très vaste, mais il y en a suffisamment pour satisfaire tous les goûts.

Nous avons également apprécié les bouteilles d’eau ainsi que les produits d’hygiène mis à disposition dans la chambre, une attention toujours agréable.

Cons:

Lors de notre séjour, nous avons constaté plusieurs points négatifs. La chambre comportait de nombreuses toiles d’araignée, avec les araignées qui les accompagnaient, ce qui n’était pas très agréable.

L’aménagement de la salle d’eau nous a également surpris : un miroir est placé juste en face de l’entrée vitrée , ce qui ne permet aucune intimité lorsque quelqu’un utilise les toilettes. C’est un détail qui, selon nous, mériterait d’être repensé.

Nous avons aussi remarqué une légère fuite au niveau des toilettes.

Enfin, il nous a été impossible d’éteindre la climatisation. Aucune télécommande n’était disponible et nous n’avons trouvé aucun moyen de la couper. En pleine nuit, notre enfant avait froid et nous n’avons malheureusement pas pu régler ce problème.

Im Allgemeinen sehr zu frieden, komme gerne wieder.
Pros:

Frühstück war gut- sehr gut. Zentral gelegen. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr freundliche und angenehme Rezeptionistin.

Cons:

Das auffüllen des Morgen buffett und abräumen der Tische beim Frühstück könnte speditiver sein. Tische werden schlecht gereinigt.

A tidy and clean hotel, well positioned in town with easy parking

Cons:

My only gripe was the lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room. Unexpected given the otherwise good things about the hotel
