Etwas teurer aber vielfach besser....
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt gut gelegen etwas außerhalb von Bozen. Mit Buslinie 8 kommt man unproblematisch in den Ort. Auch die Rittner -Seilbahn ist in der Nähe.
Das Hotel ist auch optisch ansprechend.
Es passte alles, auch das tolle Frühstück.

Auf dem Flurboden lag ein Haar 😜🤓

Super gutes Hotel in Bozen, nicht weit von der City
Pros:

Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal. Top Frühstück! Auch das Abendessen ist sehr lecker und bietet eine schöne Auswahl von Speisen und Getränken. Garten und Pool Top!

Cons:

Die Bar dürfte ein bisschen grösser sein.

PERFEKTE ERHOLUNG
Pros:

Herzlichen Dank an das ganze Team im Haus, ihr habt uns einen unvergesslichen 28. Hochzeitstag beschert. Superfreundliches und perfekt geschultes Personal. Ausgezeichtnetes Frühstück und a la carte Abendessen einschliesslich Weinkarte. Parkplatz vor der Tür. 30 Min zu Fuss in die Stadtmitte. Dieses Hotel ist zu 100% empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Einziger Nachteil, eine geeignete Gassirunde mit dem Hund in der näheren Umgebung ist nicht möglich.

Check in. Nur das nötigste Zimmerkarten erhalten, keine weiteren Informationen. Ein Check in Computer ist auskunftsfreudiger. Ich habe selten einen so schlechten und unfreundlichen Check in Prozess gesehen.

Misvisende – vi forlod hotellet samme nat

God beliggenhed - Men!!!

Cons:

Vi ankom kl. 22.05 efter en lang køretur og havde bevidst valgt hotellet pga. de tilbød aircondition. Det viste sig ikke at fungere.

Køkkenet var 5 minutter tidligere lukket, og efter noget tøven blev vi tilbudt en “sandwich” og lidt grønt. I praksis var det tørt morgenbrød med skinke og ost samt en tallerken grønt, hvor salaten var brun og tydeligvis ikke frisk. Men det burde vi nok have sagt os selv. Vi orkede ikke at brokke os, men bad om mayonnaise til sandwichen og efterlod de brune salatblade

Værelset var pænt men det var helt ulideligt at være i. Temperaturen var langt over 25 grader, og der var ingen fungerende aircondition – på trods af at dette fremgår af hotellets beskrivelse. Efter et bad var rummet som en sauna og reelt ikke til at opholde sig i.

Da vi påpegede problemet, blev det afvist af receptionisten (formentlig ejeren), som insisterede på, at der ikke var varmt, og foreslog, at vi blot kunne åbne vinduerne. Vi forklarede, at vi ikke kan sove med åbne vinduer pga. risiko for myg, men fik at vide, lidt fnysende at “der ikke er myg på hotellet”

Vi spurgte på om der var et værelse der ikke havde ligget i sol hele dagen og måske var lidt køligere, vi kunne flytte til. Men det blev blankt afvist.

Resultatet var, at vi noget triste, trætte og overophedede forlod hotellet før midnat og betalte ca. 400 euro, for reelt set kun at tage et bad.

Et hotel, der markedsfører faciliteter, som ikke eksisterer eller ikke fungerer, og samtidig afviser gæsternes oplevelse, kan vi på ingen måde anbefale. Vi følte os vildledt og her til morgen har jeg modtaget en mail om, at hotellet inden ankomst havde oplyst om at der ikke var aircondition - Jeg har læst alt igennem og det passer simpelthen ikke at vi skulle have fået den besked.
