Pros:

The sofa and the space of the room.

Cons:

The bath level is not at the same level with of the room. It's elevated with 10-15 cm.

Pros:

The room was great, the TV was working, there was an air conditioner, and hot water in the bathroom.

The staff was helpful when I tried to send my luggage using the Takyubin service. (Btw they received it from my previous location and everything was fine).

いきなり、フロントで良く調べもしないで予約が無いような対応された。しばらく待たされ予約が判明し謝罪もなくチェックイン手続きされ、大いに気分を害した。
