The staff were super friendly and helpful especially those who worked the later shifts.

Cons:

The carpets need a very good clean and the family room could do with a little more furniture for the people staying in the rooms to have a place to sit comfortably.

Perfect stay at MyPond
Pros:

recently stayed at My Pond Hotel in Port Alfred and wow, what a great experience! The room was super neat, clean, and spacious, and had all the amenities you could need. Plus, it overlooked this lovely canal, which made for a pretty awesome view. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was on point. Another big plus: the hotel’s in a great spot, easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and malls. Definitely recommend!”

Pros:

Great location. Comfortable beds after a long drive.

Cons:

Patrons were very noisy. Despite the comfortable bed, we barely slept with the passage chatter & partying which were in the early hours of the morning. Management needs better control over guest conduct.
