Cons:

정말 최악의 숙소였습니다. 객실은 너무 더럽고 청소 상태도 엉망이었습니다. 서비스는 전혀 없었고, 고객을 위한 배려도 찾아볼 수 없었습니다. 돈이 아까울 정도로 실망스러웠습니다. 다시는 방문하고 싶지 않습니다. 정말 최악이라는 말밖에 나오지 않습니다.

De rest viel tegen, bed is hard als een houten plaat. Regendouche in het plafond zat vol schimmel, de andere douchekop kan je alleen vasthouden want de douchekop houder is lam. Geen plek voor je toiletspullen. De wc-pot is kapot. De kraan lekt. De badkamer ventilator maakt een enorme herrie. De tv kastjes en kabels bungelen onder de tv. Geen plek om je handdoek op te hangen. Ik kon niet uitchecken bij de computer. Personeel is vaak niet aanwezig. De lamp bij binnenkomst in de kamer was kapot en flikkerde als in een horror-film. De ramen zijn schuifdeuren, met glas of spiegels als keuze. Er was echter geen keuze, want de schuifdeur voor het raam zit vast. Dus ik had alleen de optie voor spiegels. Dus geen daglicht tenzij je het raam opendoet. Dit was door BIFF wss duurder dan normaal, maar dit was een vd duurste maar ook een vd slechtste hotels tijdens mijn reis.

If you want things done right; do it yourself.
Pros:

The Coco hotel is very close to the beach and also not far from the Songjeong subway station. So visiting Busan and surrounding cities (with the KTX) is easy.

Cons:

Unfortunately the bathtub had black fungus all along the edges with the wall (amongst others), and the rail for the sliding door to the bathroom was also very dirty.
(I had already read that in the very poor reviews, and sadly enough it was true.)

So I bought some bleach and a sponge at the local supermarket and cleaned the bathroom thoroughly.
I could have asked the staff of course, but I figured doing it myself would yield the best results.

After cleaning the bathroom, the room was perfect and we had a great stay in Busan / Songjeong.

I left the remaining bleach behind, hoping that they would pick up on the hint and the surprisingly clean bathroom. :-D

J'ai aimé être si près de la mer, jolie plage très vivante/ surfers, familles, couples, personnes âgées... Et d'un parc pinède aménagé en parcours de santé merveilleux. Très joli point de vue. Liberté dans l'hôtel. Chambre grande

Jamais personne à la réception. Problème des poubelles et des serviettes à changer uniquement là justement... Pas de vue aux fenêtres car recouvert de bois. Chambre sombre
