Aircon could be better.

Arrived in the early hours of the morning, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Although the language barrier made communication slightly challenging at times, the translator was extremely helpful and made everything much easier. The staff were patient, calm, and genuinely attentive while assisting me, which I really appreciated.

The complimentary laundry service was very convenient by them without any effort and a great bonus. Room cleaning was consistently done as well every time I returned after a long day, the room had been cleaned and neatly prepared. The bed was comfortable, the room size was decent, and the shower was excellent with good amenities provided.

There was also a convenience store located on the ground floor, which made things very easy. Food and dining options from well-known international brand chains were all within eyesight or less than a 500‑metre walk. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to experience the breakfast during my stay.

Overall, I have no complaints and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I would happily stay here again.

The size of the room is a bit smaller than other hotels around. The toilets at the reception floor was not cleaned enough

前台川宇值得点赞，如果位置合适，一定要试试入住这一家酒店。办入住很快，我没有体验过胖东来的优质服务，但我感受到了亚朵的用心。每一位工作人员都很热情，服务到位，跟我出来旅游的父母非常满意。早餐很丰富，味道也赞！有下午茶、健身房、和机器人等等设施。整趟深圳之行因为选择了一个对的酒店而变得更美好！

If there were bigger rooms that could accomodate the whole family

Notre réservation n'a pas été prise en compte car en fait il ne travaille pas avec Booking.
J'avais pourtant eu la confirmation de booking, vu des avis mais nan, pas de réservation enregistrée de leur côté.
N'étant en plus d'aucune aide, nous avons dû trouver un établissement en urgence.

The pictures of the place don’t match with building. They misrepresent with false picture. Also, the building far away from the road so taxi doesn’t go there. Forgot about the train as well. They lie very much everywhere on room size and location amenities. This is actually a low income housing building and these people using few rooms as hotel. Bad business, don’t book, you will regret. I did too and left next morning since I went there later at night.
