Excellent séjour. Personnel très chaleureux et très serviable sur tous le aspect.
Pros:

Hôtel très propre. Personnel très chaleureux et qualifié. Très bon accueil d'autant plus que nous sommes arrivés tôt le matin et la réception de nuit nous a pris en charge dès 07.00 du matin sans charge supplémentaire. Grand merci. Petit déjeuner extra et vraiment très varié et un personnel très qualifié. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Un bémol (le SPA, le HAMMAM , le SAUNA et la salle de Gymnastique sont en rénovation. Malgré cela je reviendrai vers cet hôtel. Métro, Tram, Bus et même taxis très proche (une dizaine de minute à pied). Grand bravo au gérant qui est d'une amabilité exceptionnelle au même titre que tout le personnel sans exception.

Cons:

L'absence du SAUNA, HAMMAM, SPA et SALLE DE GYMNASTIQUE en travaux malheureusement durant notre séjour. Mon maillot de bain est resté dans la valise.

Renovierung ist noch nicht abgeschlossen

Zimmer sehr unterschiedlich. Unseres war klein und eng. Man kann kaum um das Bett gehen oder einen Koffer öffnen. Mein Mann ist 1,96 m. Das Bett ist zu kurz. Dusche sehr eng. Wie auf einem Kreuzfahrtschiff. Freunde hatten ein Eckzimmern, mit großem Badezimmer und viel Platz/Stellfläche.

Probleme mit der Klimaanlage. Sie war noch im Wintermodus (Anfang Mai). Keine Kühlung möglich. Die Fehlersuche hat leider 3 Tage gedauert. Nachts war es zu warm zum schlafen. Aber alle waren sehr bemüht uns zu helfen.

Hinten ist eine Straße mit viel Verkehr. Fenster öffnen ist keine gute Idee. Geschlossen war der Lärm in Ordnung. Wer hellhörig ist, wird seien Probleme haben.

Kommunikation ist teils schwierig. Die Englischkenntnisse könnten besser sein.

Es gibt leider keine Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen.

Getränke im Hotel teuer: Flasche Wein 44 €, Bier 4,50 €, frisch gepresster O-Saft 5 €;

Fazit: Ich würde wieder kommen. Das Gesamtpaket stimmt und es gibt einen guten Standard.

We had such a lovely stay at Grand Hilarium Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of. The hotel itself is comfortable and the breakfast was great but what truly made this stay special was the incredible team.

A heartfelt thank you to Furkan, Gül, Talha, Kaan, and Yıldıray. Every interaction with them was filled with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. They were always ready to help, always smiling, and made me feel more like a guest they truly valued than just another visitor.

It’s rare to come across a team that leaves such a positive impression, and they are the main reason we’ll remember this stay so fondly.

Thank you for making our time in Istanbul so enjoyable. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to others.

Pros:

Ma mère et moi avons passé un super séjour dans cet hôtel. L’emplacement est idéal, non loin du métro et de plusieurs bus ainsi que des commerces et de restaurants.
Le petit déjeuner était bon, changeant tous les jours ce qui est un super bon point.
Mention spéciale aux personnels et en particulier Morad et Fulac, très disponibles, serviables et professionnels.
Nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel lors de notre prochain passage à Istanbul

La chambre est un peu petite et la fenêtre est un peu difficile à fermer
