The only thing was subtle inconveniences like no tea towels and one of the bedroom door handles was broken.

Overall , loved our stay and would very much recommend it.

Manque clairement du nécessaire pour cuisiner: des poêles et casseroles mais pas de bol ou saladier. Très peu de couverts et d'assiettes : suffisamment pour le nombre de personnes mais pas assez pour pouvoir faire tourner un lave-vaisselle du coup innse retrouve à tout le temps faire la vaisselle pour réutiliser ce dont on a besoin.
Pas de sac poubelle de rechange, pas de plat pour cuisson au four.
Pas de sel, poivre, fond d'huile à minima. Très sommaire et dommage quand on vient quelques jours...
Dommage car appartement de bon standing mais il manque ces petites choses que personnellement j'ai toujours trouvé dans des appart hotel et qui font le confort et nous dispense de devoir tout acheter pour cuisiner.

Baignoire avec eau qui stagne et amas de cheveux apparent.


Le customer service pas très réactif à quand même fini (au bout de 2 jours et plusieurs relances) par envoyer 1 personne pour déboucher la Baignoire et apporter qlq sacs poubelles et 1 saladier.

The shower does not work, so not able to have a shower. Also not fixed despite contacting the agents several times.
It was not possible to have a bath either - as the plug in the bath did not work.
The toilet seat was broken, not fixed during our whole stay - again despite reporting to the property agents several times.
Kept getting told that someone would call back, no one did.
Also kept getting told that new parts for the shower and toilet were arriving the following day - they never did.

Area is typically Huddersfield great buildings but have been left to rot, but new builds give hope.

Place feels run down with lots of small issues such as blinds not opening properly or bedroom door not staying closed

The windows don’t open very much so not much airflow, especially in the hot weather. No air conditioning or fan

The smell in the apartment & all communal areas was very unpleasant.
Poor ventilation system, windows not able to open, all very stale .
Needs painting in areas

We have amended our review due to the customer service we experienced after our stay.
Unfortunately, we left a bag behind when we departed. While this was entirely our mistake, we contacted the property as soon as we realised. We were sent a photograph confirming the bag had been found and were told it would be posted to us at our expense, which we agreed to immediately.
After waiting two weeks and receiving neither the bag nor any update, we arranged to collect it ourselves. A collection date and time between 11am and 3pm was agreed via messages and we have proof of this agreement. We travelled to collect the bag, arriving at 1pm, only to find nobody there.
When we queried this, we were told that we had not called to arrange collection, despite the arrangements having already been confirmed by message. We provided evidence of the agreed date and time.
It has now been over a month since our stay and we are still without the bag. This is extremely disappointing. Had this matter been handled professionally, we would have been very happy to recommend the property, as we genuinely enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, the poor communication and lack of follow through regarding a simple issue have left us with a very different impression.
