La ubicación, es excelente para ir al consulado y hay supermercado cerca
No tienen aire acondicionado, pasamos muy mala noche porque solo es ventilador, no dan shampoo y en la mañana nos quedamos sin agua, nos atendieron 3 personas diferentes y solo 1 fue amable

ESTA MUY CERCA DEL CONSULADO, PUEDES IR CAMINANDO, EL PERSONAL DEL HOTEL SON MUY AMABLES.
No cuenta con aire acondicionado, estaba super caliente la habitación, las almohadas son super incomodas, los baños no tenian papel higiénicos.
El área de jardin-restaursnte es muy bonito y agradable.
El estilo de regadera que tienen en el baño se tapa muy facil pero no causa inconveniente, con limpiarla antes de bañarse funciona bien.
El lugar es muy cómodo si vas a algún trámite del consulado americano, ya que se encuentra a 7 minutos caminando. Hay un supermercado cerca por si te hizo falta algo o algún antojito adicional. El restaurante sólo se encuentra disponible de 8 am a 15 pm, pero igual venden como sopas instantáneas, papas y bebidas en el lugar. El personal fue amable ante cualquier inquietud.
La habitación daba hacia la entrada principal y hacia la avenida, por lo que era algo ruidosa. Hay que considerar que se encuentra lejos del centro y no es de tan fácil acceso para llegar allá, la estancia se encuentra más cerca de Zapopan.
La ubicacion super bien, a una cuadra del consulado, hay un centro comercial a la vuelta, y cerca una placita, un lugar comodo para lo que yo requeria...

Very close to the US Consulate At GDL. That was pretty much my reason to stay here. There is few places to eat outside.
The room #2 is right next to the cafeteria and the front desk so you could hear everything. Also due to the reasons I mentioned there is little privacy once you open the door, anybody could see you, I suggest a screen to put in the room #2. There was no iron in the room you need to ask for one in the reception. They put a small bar soap in the bathroom. No A/C, there is only a fan. The billow cases did not smell clean, however, I'm not sure these clean or not. Pillows were very small.

La ubicación a unos metros del consulado de Estados Unidos y la limpieza de sábanas y camas
El hotel colinda con unas canchas de tenis o algo así, el detalle fue que casualmente una vez que terminaron sus juegos (12 de la noche aprox) los usuarios de dichas canchas se pusieron a platicar con música a alto volumen hasta las 5:00 am lastimosamente no pude conciliar el sueño toda la noche. Sé que no es responsabilidad del hotel, de hecho le comenté a la recepcionista que estaba a esa hora para que las autoridades calmaran el ruido. Como consejo, pudieran platicar con los propietarios de las canchas para que regulen sus horarios y no perturben la tranquilidad de los huéspedes
El cuarto era amplio para dos personas fue un espacio agradable
La ducha, salia muy poca agua y para el agua caliente tuve que esperar
