Cons:

Не работал интернет в номере. Не могли решить проблему и на следующий день после 10 обращений переселили в другой номер. Там подтекало с потолка в ванной, но не сильно.
Очень сильно удивило что на ужине в полупансионе вода была за деньги

Το ξενοδοχείο φέρει 5 αστέρια μόνο στην ταμπέλα, καθώς οι υπηρεσίες και η εξυπηρέτηση δεν αντιστοιχούν ούτε σε 3 αστέρια.Βρεφική φροντίδα: Το προσωπικό αρνήθηκε ρητά να βάλει τις παγοκύστες μας στον καταψύκτη, οι οποίες ήταν απαραίτητες για να διατηρήσουμε τις βρεφικές τροφές του μωρού μας στο φορητό ψυγείο. Αδιανόητη αδιαφορία για την υγεία ενός βρέφους.Υγιεινή: Η εσωτερική πισίνα μύριζε έντονα μούχλα και η θερμοκρασία του νερού ήταν εντελώς ακατάλληλη και μη ελεγχόμενη.Υποδομές: Ο κλιματισμός στο δωμάτιο (205) ήταν παλαιολιθικός και ανύπαρκτος για τις ανάγκες του καλοκαιριού. Το πόμολο στην πόρτα της τουαλέτας ήταν χαλασμένο.Εξυπηρέτηση & Αθέτηση υποσχέσεων: Ζητήσαμε κιτ ξυρίσματος και ενημέρωση για τον φορτιστή ηλεκτρικού αυτοκινήτου (EV), αλλά μας αγνόησαν. Το πρωί η διοίκηση μας υποσχέθηκε μερική επιστροφή χρημάτων σε μετρητά για την ταλαιπωρία και μετά το πήραν πίσω με φτηνές δικαιολογίες. Όταν ζητήσαμε τον διευθυντή, μας είπαν ότι έρχεται "μια φορά το μήνα". Μακριά!(EN) We stayed here with my wife and our 8-month-old infant. This property carries 5 stars only on paper; the actual service and facilities don't even match a 3-star resort.Baby care: The staff explicitly refused to freeze our plastic ice packs (ice gels) for our portable cooler. Plastic does not have "ingredients" to verify. Refusing to freeze ice packs to preserve an 8-month-old infant's milk and food is unacceptable.SPA Condition: The indoor pool area smelled heavily of mold, and the water temperature was unregulated and unhygienic.Poor maintenance: The room's AC unit was outdated and useless during the summer heat. The bathroom door handle was broken.

Имахме прекрасен престой. Хотела предлага прекрасна комбинация от комфорт, уют и отлично обслужване. Всичко бе безупречно поддържано, а персонала беше любезен. С удоволствие бяхме се върнали и горещо препоръчвам хотела.

The hotel looks beautiful, and the SPA and pool areas are absolutely great. The staff is also very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend the wellness facilities! Both indoor and outdoor

Cons:

The room felt quite outdated and didn't meet the expected standard of the hotel. It was uncomfortably hot inside, and although the staff made an effort to resolve the issue, it couldn't be fixed. Additionally, the shower was broken, and the balcony door wouldn't close properly. Overall, the accommodations were disappointing and in need of renovation.
Breakfast restaurant in on minus 1 floor with no windows which is not comfortable and restaurant itself is also outdated
