צוות המלון היה קשוב לנו וכשהיתה בעיה בחדר, הגיעו וניסו לסדר וגם כשהרגישו שלא ממש נפתרה הבעיה רצו להחליף לנו חדר וגם פיצו ופינקו אותנו ביין טוב לחדר. תמיד בחיוך אך ברצינות. מעבר לכך, המתקנים במלון: הבריכות, הספא וארוחת הבוקר ממש טובים. נהנינו מאוד בשהייתנו במלון.

Хотелът е страхотен, храната на закуска и вечеря-също. Басейните и спа съоръженията са чисти и поддържани.

Cons:

Имахме съвсем леки съображения - в стаята ни не работеше климатикът, а през нощта беше доста горещо, въпреки че е планина. Не сме се обръщали към персонала, тъй като отседнахме само с една нощувка. Предполагам, че щяха да реагират адекватно.

Excellent hotel for summer and winter vacation in Bansko
Pros:

Excellent SPA facilities, excellent food quality and variety during breakfast and dinner, very good location, spacious rooms, polite personnel, very nice room cosmetics, very nice outside pool area, enough parking spots.

Geneally, we had a nice stay but I would doubt that the hotel is worth 5 stars.
Pros:

The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is great, very rich breakfast!
The kids club is big and has various attractions.

Cons:

The most bizarre thing to me during mid July was the temperature of the outside swimming pools. Overall, it’s a good idea that the water is heated, given that he hotel is in the mountains and the nights can be colder but heating the pools up to 35 degrees Celsius is inexplicable to me. It’s impossible to use the pool to freshen up, you just boil in the water. Would be great for colder months, but not for summer.
The location of the main restaurant where each guest has breakfast is quite strange - you should walk a lot, take stairs and take multiple turns. No windows, AC is too strong.

Very nice for a family trip. We never left the hotel and felt perfectly entertained and cared for.
Pros:

The outdoor facilities - pool and bar were great and well maintained. The kids club was amazing and overall the hotel is very family-centric. We loved the food served in the restaurants. Finally, the staff were absolutely great! Super polite and professional!

Cons:

We didn’t like that the hotel interior was a bit worn down for a five star hotel. The spa was also not super well maintained.

Чисто, уютно и с прекрасно обслужване. Много съм доволен от престоя си. Всичко беше на високо ниво – от чистотата до отношението. Спа центърът е истинско бижу – модерни съоръжения, безупречна чистота и релаксираща атмосфера. Масажът беше професионален и много приятен. Това място наистина знае как да те накара да се почувстваш специален. Определено бих се върнал отново.
