Pros:

Хотелът е страхотен,непременно ще отседнем отново.Съотношението цена-качество отговаря на 100%.Стаите са просторни и удобни,храната беше вкусна и разнообразна,спа зоната е голяма,чиста и водата беше топла.Детският кът също е голям,има и кино за малките.Благодарим за цялостното изживяване!

Pros:

Room was big, staff was friendly, amenities were good, food was incredible!

Cons:

Hallways were a bit unclean, elevator was not working and we stayed on the 5th floor.

We are extremely satisfied. The hotel is clean and warm, creating a sense of comfort and luxury. The rooms are very comfortable (the beds are soft and cozy). The food in the restaurant is varied, featuring a wide selection of meats and vegetables. The spa is truly incredibly luxurious! The pools are warm and clean (the staff was constantly cleaning the area). The children's play area offers a great variety of activities, and our child couldn't wait to go there.

Pros:

The staff are nice.
The spa is nice.
The hotel is renovated.

Cons:

They do not need to allow people to smoke electronic cigaretes and nargile inside the hotel!

For a 5 star hotel they cannot say we are not in a full winter season so we switched off the cable TV so there is no TV chanels

Обилна закуска, страхотна гледка, чисто и поддържано!

Cons:

Разположението и недостатъчните шезлонги.
На шезлонгите срещу басейна ни заявиха,че трябва минимална консумация от 50 евро, което е неуважително, понеже никой няма да стои на 1 фрапе цял ден! Една млада сервитьорка не ми взе цялата поръчка, при което, след проведен разговор всички я защиха и обвиниха кухнята, а в погледа й се четеше,че я е забравила тя и мълчеше, докато й обяснявах поръчката си.
Пред хотела паркираха определени хора и коли , а нашите бяха на 100метра от входа! Имайте в предвид,че е е на открито! Определено няма да повторим!
