Pros:

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die zwei Damen vom Personal. Beide waren ausgesprochen freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich von Anfang an sehr willkommen und wohlgefühlt.
Vielen Dank für den tollen Service und die freundliche Betreuung.
Hoteli ishte shumë i pastër dhe i mirëmbajtur. Veçanërisht duam të theksojmë dy zonjat e stafit. Të dyja ishin jashtëzakonisht të sjellshme dhe shumë ndihmuese. Që nga fillimi u ndjemë shumë të mirëpritur dhe rehat.

Beautiful stay and amazing location. We’ll be back!

Beautifully designed and so clean

Cons:

Loved it and will stay again but just we aware you’ll need to carry suitcases up stairs as no lift. Would definitely do again though, very much worth it!

Unpleasant stay, with serious concerns
Cons:

We felt very unwelcome on arrival. My mother is disabled and when I asked for help carrying our one suitcase upstairs, the staff member told me to “deal with it.” The staff’s attitude made us feel uncomfortable and intimidated.

The advertised Wi-Fi did not work properly, the toilet seat was broken and an electrical socket was coming away from the wall. We also had a power cut that left us without lights, charging or air conditioning.

Pros:

Komfortable senger med gode hodeputer. God størrelse på rommet som var fresht og inneholdt alt vi trenger på et hotellrom. Personalet var veldig hjelpsom. Eieren ga utrolig bra service. Mer enn forventet. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Cons:

Alt var bra. Beliggenheten var litt utenfor bykjernen. Men vi liker å gå, så for oss var beliggenheten helt ok.

Amazing great staff perfect.
Pros:

Amazing very clean, staff was great, great breakfast. Very accommodating to needs. Also was great at recommending different areas and sites. Host was very friendly.

Pros:

This hotel had a very beautiful interior. The rooms are modern and the cafe was very colorful and had beautiful artwork.

Our room was very spacious and we had a nice balcony! The hotel is a bit further from the promenade so there was no loud music disturbing us, which was nice.

The staff were super friendly and always smiling, and the breakfast buffet was very good. We could ask for scrambled or fried eggs and they made them freshly for us!

Thank you for a pleasant experience!

Vlore is beautiful!

(p.s. the picture of the room is when we were checking out, that’s why it is a bit messy😄, but I wanted to share how spacious this room was)

Pros:

Location in posizione centrale, a dir poco strategica, equidistante da ogni punto della città da visitare.
Personale accogliente, cordiale e sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Hotel moderno, nuovo e di charme. Stanza spaziosa e dotata di ogni comfort. Colazione variegata, con prodotti freschi e genuini.

Excellente etape.
Pros:

La chambre est top, moderne et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. C'est vraiment de très bon goût. L'emplacement est tres bien également. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être mieux avec plus de produits locaux ! Mais le rapport qualité prix est excellent !
