+Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus

+großzügiges Zimmer

-Im Badezimmer nur kaltes Wasser am Morgen früh

-Defekter Ventilator

-Sehr Ringhöring zum Gang, daher laut

-Es roch sehr stark nach Rauch

Byla to naše poslední návštěva. Už nikdy více.
Pros:

Hotel je umístněn v krásném prostředí, již jsme jej v minulosti několikrát navštívili. V blízkosti Nyonu a jezera.

Cons:

Pokud přijedete pozdě večer, riskujete, že se do hotelu nedostanete. Informace, které jsme obdrželi do emailu, neobsahovaly kód k vyzvednutí klíčů od hotelu. Jednoduše se informace dešifrovaly. S personálem není možné ve večerních hodinách navázat kontakt, složitá komunikace ve všem. Zautomatizované odpovědi. Na dotaz, zda je možná snídaně, mi odpověděli až odpoledne. Doporučuji si informace na zprávě hned ofotit, jinak budete spát v autě. Už více sem nezavítáme. Byl to otřesný zážitek, bezmoc. Měli jsme štěstí, že za nějakou dobu z hotelu zrovna vyšel host, který nám na jeho přístup schránku otevřel. Nikdy více !!!

Struttura vecchia e mal tenuta , entrata assolutamente anonima ,camera discreta ma vecchia ,doccia che si usava 50 anni fa vista lago assolutamente inesistente nessun servizio in quanto nessun personale era in struttura . Ho parlato con un addetto alle pulizie appena arrivato e mi sono subito lamentato della qualità per il prezzo( 444 fr per due notti) secondo me fuori luogo per il posto , in verità mi ha detto che avrebbe contattato la manager , devo dire che la manager mi ha scritto una mail dicendomi che mi avrebbe fatto stare in struttura un giorno in più a gratis , ma io dovevo rientrare perciò apprezzo ma non è servito in sostanza credo che il prezzo per quello che mi hanno dato valga non più di 250 fr per due notti , se il prezzo era attorno a questa cifra non mi sarei lamentato ma quello pagato assolutamente fuori luogo
