Pros:

Friendly and responsive staff
Gorgeous view from balcony
Clean and comfortable room

Cons:

No enough towels
The location of the property saved on booking takes you elsewhere. We had a 15 min detour before we guessed where the property is located.

Haya Five
Pros:

The Hotel made our stay very comfortable, mostly because of the staff and their extended warm service. The rooms are ideal for couples and families with interconnecting rooms.
I liked the views every morning sitting on the balcony looking out on to the sea.

Cons:

We just needed little more space for our luggage when open in our rooms.

Wonderful Experience Thanks to the Amazing Staff”
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Haya Hotel. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Special thanks to Wassim, General Manager, for his professionalism and kindness — he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere of the hotel felt warm and relaxing.

I truly appreciated the excellent service and genuine hospitality from the whole team.

Highly recommended, and I look forward to coming back!
