A well located, comfortable hotel in the old town. Even though it is in the heart of the old town, it was very quiet at night. All staff were friendly, kind and more than happy to assist. Would highly recommend and would happily stay again.
Nocleg w super lokalizacji. Centrum, a jednak na uboczu i nie było słychać odgłosów z ulicy. Przemiłe Panie zarówno na jadalni jak i w recepcji. Bardzo dobre śniadania. A pokój był sprzątany codziennie. Gorąco polecam!
Jedyny minus to inni ludzie nieszanujący godziny nocnej. Wszystko okropnie słuchać przez co budziliśmy się w nocy.

Absolutely nothing
Everything. We ordered room 25 m2, and we got like 12 m2. We barely can move. We had two small suitcases and there were no space to move around bed. Bathroom was about 1 m2, toulet and small basin, so i barely clean my face in it, water was all around.When we said to reception nobody cares. Location was great, but be awared of the small room 105. We saw the evacuation plan and this was only one small room on the floor. So dont tell me that they have only one standart room per floor.
La ubicación es inmejorable, a pasos del caso histórico y de muchos restaurantes y comercios. El hotel es lindo, parece refaccionado, sencillo pero cumple. Tiene posibilidad de reservar parking por un cargo adicional.
El desayuno es muy mejorable, especialmente en la calidad de los productos que ofrecen
Everything was perfect
We had a pleasant stay at Eliseo Palace. The location was excellent, the room was comfortable, the breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
During our stay, the room wasn't cleaned, the towels weren't changed, and shampoo and shower gel weren't replenished. If this is the hotel's policy for shorter stays (two nights in our case) or if housekeeping is only available upon request, it would be helpful to mention this during check-in so guests know what to expect.
Posizione eccellente, ottima colazione e personale gentile. Per il parcheggio abbiamo preferito non usufruire di quello suggerito dall'hotel e abbiamo lasciato l'auto fuori dalla ztl muovendoci più comodamente al di fuori del centro storico.
