Pros:

Schönes, neues Hotel. Ansprechend und modern eingerichtet.Tolle Lage.
Hatten auch einen kleinen Balkon.
Könnten unsere Motorräder in der Garage parken.
Sehr nettes Personal! Gutes Frühstück wird serviert. Kaffee ist extra zu zahlen, schmeckt aber auch großartig.

Pros:

Hyvä sijainti, rauhallinen huone, pysäköintipaikka

Cons:

Huono suihku, vedenpainetta ei ollut riittävästi ja vettä tuli vain yhdestä reunasta.
Aamiaisen ei kuulunut kahvi -vain tee, mutta sen sai ostaa lisäksi.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Breakfast was basic but good(omlette and tea and bread). Coffee was extra.
Very attentive staff (especially the girl that works evenings, don't know her name).
Good location as was a small bit outside the tourist area. Nice local spots nearby and everything within walking distance.
Comfy and spacious room with nice balcony.
They had a cocktail menu of very reasonable price.
Lift to rooms on higher floors.

Cons:

Shower definitely needs to be fixed, shower head didnt work properly and water didn't properly drain and shower door didn't fully close.
Parking is narrow and can be a small bit tricky but they do have private parking which is handy.
TV didn't connect to the wifi.

Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt. Sehr nahe zur Altstadt Prizren. Das Personal ist auch sehr nett. Unser Mietauto wurde immer vom Mitarbeiter parkiert.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksteller ist bereits vorgesehen und immer gleich. Leider kein Buffet.

Very friendly staff.
Pros:

The staff were really welcoming and friendly.
Very good customer service one of the best I’ve seen.
Breakfast was really nice and the room for modern and clean.
